Outstanding establishment, and phone app.
Yeah I saw the sign, and the long lines (two drive through lines). I decided to give it a try. Downloading, and setting up was easy. Made my order, and pushed the (I’m here button) when I got there. Within a minute of coming in, I had my fresh chicken sandwich in hand.

They’re pretty consistent with their service. I’ve gone here a gazillion times and I’ve only had one bad experience when a manager gave me the wrong coffee, and made it seem like I’m trying to get a free coffee. Service is great, as it usually is at Chik fil a. They are SUPER fast. I usually stop by for coffee on the way to work and it doesn’t take but a second.
I also stop by after work some days and get a wrap. Those are definitely my favorite menu item! I sometimes sit inside, their dining areas is kept up nicely and the servers bring the food to your table.
But when it’s hot outside I highly suggest a frozen lemonade. Oh my YUM.
Great service and yummy food. My favorite fast food restaurant in flowood. Perfect pit stop while shopping in the Dogwood shopping center!

While the staff are friendly and seem genuinely happy (unlike other fast food restaurants where their «happy greetings“are forced and insincere), I’m not sure it is enough to overcome how slow the service has gotten here. Once before, I gave up on this location because they had gotten so slow, but I gave them a second try and it hasn’t gotten any better. Before they installed the double drive thru, they were so much faster. Even though the line wrapped the buildingz it always moved. Now, you just sit there. Twice recently, I have just left because the line hadn’t moved after five minutes. No amount of smiles and «it’s my pleasure» can make up for a decline in service. I will just have to do without because I can’t, in good conscience give my business to a company who fails to provide quality service.

I love Chick-​fil-​a! This location is always busy, but the food is great. They also have a play area for the kids. Educational toys in kid’s meals – also has healthy substitutes for french fries like fruit cups. I am a regular customer here.

Never fails! I can’t say I’ve ever seen a happy group of employees at a fast food joint but these guys are pros! They handle the rush like they invented it, food is always consistently awesome. I have nothing bad to say about Chik fil A!

Super yummy chicken sammich! Nom nom nom!
Really, really friendly service here. I camped out for a few hours taking advantage of their free wifi and the sweetest girl came around about every half hour to refill my drink and to make sure I was doing ok. You don’t just see that kinda good service every day at a fast food joint!
Make sure to check in at this particular Chick-​fil-​A because you’ll score a free gallon of their tea just like I did! Sweet!

Chickfila is amazing. This one is the especially great because the service is fast and the waiters are super friendly. When the drive-​thru line gets really long the waiters stand out in the HOT Mississippi summer sun and take your order manually to move things along more quickly (as opposed to every car waiting for the kiosk). I’ve been piled up about 10 cars deep and never have to wait more than 10 minutes.
