This is probably the worse fast food place I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here twice. The chicken was soggy and salty. This time they didn’t even have utensils. I asked how am I going to eat the mashed potato. Lady kept on saying she’s sorry.
The manager really needs to be counseled and receive remedial training on inventory management, and quality control.
Definitely will not be coming back.

Been to this location several different times to have a quick bite on the run because they have a buffet…
The service is great during the lunch hour the evening and drive thru sucks…
The buffet is a great feature but no one out of the 8 employees here on this visit has taken the time to check it refill it or clean up around it… been here for almost an hour and had only 2 pieces of chicken… yes u can go to the counter and ask but hmmmmm I shouldn’t have 2…
And not a manager in site

The management at this restaurant is extremely rude. I arrived here at 9:20 on July 31^st. Witch it’s a Friday night. I was going to go inside to place my order and the doors were locked. The manager came to the door and opened it and rudely told us that they were closed. The sign clearly stated that they closed at ten o clock. There were many other people outside and in the drive thru that were trying to order. We were all told that the store was closed. I am a manager myself here in Flowood and I would be fired for closing the store almost an hour early, and turning away business. I did not catch the woman’s name but she was extremely rude. Not just to me and my wife but to everyone that was waiting to order, only to be told that they had just decided to close. This is truly unacceptable behavior from management. We will not be returning to this location. I strongly recommend that the general manager do something about the complete lack of customer service at this location.

Its KFC so you know what you’re getting from a food standpoint. Very clean, friendly employees who don’t seem to hate their jobs… one of the better locations around.
