Wonderful customer service!
I stopped by on a random adventure to find some better makeup on a friend’s suggestion. I was terrified I wouldn’t be able to afford it. I had never been to an Ulta store elsewhere.
They were pretty busy, but three different ladies helped me find what I needed, turned me onto some new products, and I walked away with some affordable make-​up I really liked.
The coolest part is I could buy my Urban decay and old school maybelline mascara in the same place. I think I wandered the store for a good hour.
I’ll definitely be back and I’m looking forward to my appointment with the salon!

Clean, organized store with a very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Make-​up as far as the eye can see! Isn’t that every woman’s dream?! LOL
My daughters love this store, so I come here often with them. When I’m with them, I’m usually here for quite a while because they want to look at every single item in the store. It’s amazing how girls in their 20s can still beg mommie to buy them things just like they did when they were 5 years old. =)
Other than nail polish, I haven’t purchased anything for myself from here because I use Chanel, MAC, and Benefit. They do have Benefit products here, but I only use their powder and concealer and I purchase those items from my girl in Jacksonville, FL. If you’ve never tried Benefit powder and concealer, I very, very highly recommend it. I prefer it over Chanel (and that’s saying something)!
I have made some really good purchases for my daughters here and they still (just like when they were 5) are all giddy and excited when mommie buys them things! The smiles on their faces are enough to make me happy! =)

As a guy who normally sticks to the aisle and a half men’s section, I ventured out to ask one of the ladies for some help. I have to admit that it’s normally intimidating with all the female customers buzzing around, but this visit was different. Connie was exceptionally helpful, took more than 45 minutes to educate me, show me products and explain not only how things work but what would work for me. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the lengths Connie went to with her assistance. Guys — if you have questions, ask away without fear of being ridiculed.

Great selection and clean/​tidy like any other Ulta. However, I was very impressed by their customer service! Service with a smile is what keeps customers coming back!
