Amore is located on the first floor of the New World Shopping Center, by the escalators. I’ve been there twice and made a purchase the last time I was there. The sales person was helpful but not overly pushy. It was easy to swatch BB samples and there’s a mirror and makeup table so you can see how something looks on your face. I was upstairs at Missha and they didn’t. I purchased a Laneige BB cushion and also received a lot of samples. I look forward to shopping here again.

I went into this store since I really wanted to purchase a product that my friend recommended to me. When I went into the store they ladies were not helpful at all. I had questions which they couldn’t answer. Worse they lied to me about the product saying this is the one that I wanted. When I returned the store the next day, they wouldn’t even recognize that they tricked me about the product and would not give me a refund. I understand it’s their policy but I was misleaded and shouldn’t be punished for such thing. Mind you, I returned about 12 hours later to do the exchange. It didn’t happen. Horrible customer service

I came to this Amore location and I have to say I enjoyed my browsing and shopping here. The customer service here were attentive and they were also at the same pace as I which means (I had tons of questions lol and she kindly answered what I did not know). I give this business and location 5 stars because they are not only nice to their customers but they also care to give recommendations of which product is best or suits best for the skin type. Plus free samples and products after I made my pricey purchase. Haha ^_^
Browsing and trying the testers were the best part :-)
