Our general contractor introduced us to this store. They have a wide selection of tiles at a relatively competive price, somewhat cheaper than HD. But
Deduct one star: prices vary depending which sales person you talk to. It is frustrating because we felt that we were not getting fair treatment compared to other customers who can speak their ‘dialect’
Deduct 2nd star: we negotiated the price per tile and ordered some 12×24 tiles (these are twice the size of the regular tiles). When it was delivered, the sales lady told us the final was TWICE the amount we agreed on. Because the price she quoted was for the regular size tiles and since ours was larger, we ended up PAYING TWICE Of WHAT WE EXPECTED. Due to time constraints, we had to buy those tiles. The quality is good but this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Deduct 3rd star: extra tiles are not returnable.
Final thoughts: not a bad place to shop. But be VERY careful about the price. FYI, we have renovated our place at various times and bought materials from multiple stores. This was the first time we had this problem.
