Very convenient place with lovely donuts. Yummy! Good coffee too. One other good thing about this place is that it is open late. Laskar manages the place very well. Very friendly and helpful.

I am trying to give them zero stars but cannot find that option… awful awful store. They sell what tastes like 3 day inventory.

Accused of trying to use a fake free beverage coupon from my dunkin donuts app. When I try to pay with my app, the employee accuses me of trying to use the coupon again… they then mess up my caramel latte three times until the third employee got it right.

pros: its open 24⁄7 and its right around the corner from where i live and there bus right front of it. cons: –coffee is really really watery, i know its Dunkin donuts and i don’t excepts it to be top notch, but i do drink a lot DD coffee to know what is taste like. but coffee here especially at night taste like hot water with little bit of dirt inside to make it look like coffee — if you site more then 30 minutes, the workers will come up to you and tell you either to buy something else or leave, which can be really embarrassing especially if there are other people around you. Even thou i brought coffee and 2 sandwiches which was worth about $ 12 i was told buy something or leave. i was waiting for a friend so i ended up buying more coffee. I Under if it was really crowed and new costumers needed seats but there was more than enough seats. thats just bad costumer service — THEGUYATNIGHTDOESNOTUSEGLOVESWHENHEISSTOCKINGTHESHELFSWITHNEWBAGELSANDDONUTS. I have seen this more then once. after i saw this stopped buying bagels and donuts. the same bare hands he uses to scratch places that i don’t even wanna know about. ewwwww. — stable almost alway are dirty reason I’m giving even a one star is because its 24⁄7 if really need coffee late night sure come here other then that i do not recommend this.

Always check your bag before you leave the store to make sure you have the correct order and if you ordered a side of hash browns, make sure they put it in. Why? They have forgotten my hash orders at least 5 times and I’ve either had to go back for it or I’m already at work and I’m too lazy to go back or I check on the spot and have them give it to me. They keep messing up orders and they also don’t give the receipt(maybe because they don’t want people to take that survey?). This is the closest DD location to where I work and many of my coworkers frequent it and I’ve heard several times how they just mess up the orders. Sadly due to convenience, we just have to suck it up :(

Just a donut with sugar. I walked by and bought one along with coffee. This DD was new and just like other chain store, such as Starbucks, MD and subway. You can always get what you need to eat from it. Nothing special.(I can’t believe why I reviewed it.)

Dunkin Donuts is just a Dunkin Donuts. There’s really nothing to write home about, but I feel pressured to share this experience I had at this very new location that just opened most recently. Coffee is of the same quality you would find in other DD, but the customer service is truly sub-par. I hate to pinpoint but there is this one lady(who wears glasses with black frame, slightly overweight, hair tied up, Indian-looking) who seems to have real issues with doing her job in an impartial manner. Perhaps she’s not too happy with the fact that she’s in downtown Flushing serving tons of immigrants or those who place coffee orders with an accent — this lady clearly shows differential treatment toward customers of color vs those who aren’t. What happened was that I was standing in line as usual waiting to get my caffeine fix. There was a White gentleman who was in front of me, and this female cashier greeted him with a big fat smile plus a passionate appreciation for his order for a medium-sized coffee. When it was my turn to order, I greeted her with a smile and a usual«hi» and the response I got from her was a «yes?» accompanied with an attitude plus some rolling eye movements.(I was like. what’s wrong?) She then placed my cup of coffee on the counter without saying one word, so I stood and waited. She then completed a two-step gesture. 1) pointed to me(not with her middle finger, don’t worry), then 2) pointed to the cup of coffee that was not fully closed with a lid. I wasn’t sure what to make of it… so I just thanked her and walked away. Being a researcher who does frequent systematic and naturalistic observations, I am particularly keen on coming up with hypotheses and nullifying them when evidence suggests otherwise. So after I ordered my cup of coffee, I took a seat, and watched how she behaved with other customers. Clearly, this lady had difficulties curbing her prejudice toward customers of color, because I was not the only one who received«special» treatment among all customers of color. Not that there’s anything surprising about such an encounter given how«far» along this country has come with conversations of racism and what not, but I find it disturbing when these slights become part of our daily interactions between different cultural groups. DD should probably consider conducting a self-study on the quality of their employees and re-train those who fail in this cultural competence department. Needless to say, this lady needs quite a bit of a work-up.
