Pardon my slightly over-dramatized review of Elite but I left feeling ANGRY… and you don’t like the Jack when she’s angry. I heard such great things about this place from so many people, oooohing and ahhhhing about the crepes and chocolate drink concoctions, so when I had to take a client for coffee and he mentioned going to Elite, I was down. A tea and a hot chocolate later, my bill came out to $ 9.20 so I popped my credit card into the little pocket inside the folder. When the waitress came by she said they don’t accept credit cards for tabs less than $ 10. I WASEIGHTYCENTSSHORT, YOUHAVEGOTTOBEKIDDINGME. So I looked at her like… really?! She said yes. Fine, I’m with a client I’ll behave myself. With terribly slow service and this little bill-paying scenario, I will not return. I don’t care how good the chocolate is.

I and my Wife are Not Easy to Please Specially when it comes to Food!!! 0Its the Second time I come here, this time with the family. Came here today on labor day, place was open and nice and busy. Got seated right away. Got the Godzila and some other rolls, the Sushi was Amazing, Very fresh and Extreme Tasty!!! The Mozzarella Sandwich was Incredible, I asked them to add & upgraded it with Roasted Peppers and give me the Sesame panini bread(which was No Problem and without any attitude) then toasted just to Perfection!!! Side Salads… Perfect! Lattes… Perfect! Cakes… Perfect! My kids were eating with their Fingers. A Great Experience on such a great last day before School starts. Highly Recommended and will be back for More! Ps. Place is Striktly Kosher Dairy and No outside food allowed.

Had 3 Alfredo pasta dishes, the advertised creamy sauce was nothing more than milk with pepper and parsley. I would skip those dishes. The salads were nice and large. falafel was very good. They charge a dollar for a cut up pickle In a salad and another dollar for a few olives. Spent about 120.00 on dinner. Waiter said«it’s only a dollar». guess he missed the point. Manager was not around to complain to.

Delicious, incredible, scrumptious! everytime i come here the food is cooked to perfection. I have tried various items on the menu and its a hit all the time, never a miss. they have on point and legit flavor profile when it comes to spicy, sweet, savory dishes., Love that they offer sushi and their rolls are very unique. Their sushi is way better than other kosher sushi spots and they also have pasta also delicious. Lastly, the salads– always fresh and tasty. this owner knows what he is doing., even came here once for brunch– delicious paninini. I love this spot, hope it thrives and prospers! wait staff very nice friendly and quick. prices are decent. will deff be returning

Came here to have the shakshuka and had to ask for someone to serve us. The shakshuka was watery with no substance, could have been chunkier and also comes only spicy. It was by far the worst I ever had that I couldn’t finish my meal.

Food good but not exceptional. Service a bit slow & haphazard. Ambience noisy at brunch. Prices fair.

$ 14 Eggplant dish was decent tasting, fair portion size. Service was not very attentive. We had to ask for water refill, and didn’t get any bread refill after we asked for it. Waiter also never checked in with us to see if we were happy with the food. But we would be wiling to give it another try.

I don’t know where to start. I worked at muscat for a while so Elite Café seemed to be a reasonable competitor in the dairy kosher restaurant category of queens. I was extremely hungry and figured id give the place a chance. I ordered a French onion soups and the elite panini with a Caesar salad. The French onion soup. I was extremely shocked to find that the color of the soup was extremely light and that there was just thrown mozzarella in the soup. Bread served on the side?! Very untraditional but I figured id give it a try. The soup was okay but lacked that strong union taste you get from browning the onions. I must say that although I didn’t enjoy have the bread on the side, the baguette was delicious. Extremely fresh and very taste. I wish they’d toast two pieces of bread with mozzarella n place it inside the soup. Ultimately, disappointing. My sandwich. i can’t say it was anything out of the norm. It was well done. My only complaint is that it’s suppose to come with a pesto mayonnaise and there was nothing along those lines in the panini. At least I didn’t taste anything as such. My side Caesar salad. TOMATOESIN A CAESARSALAD. This really throws me over the edge. Never ever ever should a Caesar salad have tomatoes in it. It’s the worst thing in the world!!! The salad was disgusting! The dressing tasted like something out of a bottle. It was horrendous. Really the one stars is only for the bread. Otherwise, I can honestly say, I won’t be coming back here till things start to look up. Lastly, if you’re wondering, I paid about $ 18 for the soup salad and sandwich, all portions a good size.

Went for brunch. Service was great. The restaurant is beautiful. Food was great. Good menu. It’s like a better and cheaper version of café muscat. Pricing was on target. Finally a good café in Kew Garden Hills!

First Unilocaling ever. I’m a foodie, and always find myself skeptical about trying new places unless I have gotten positive feedback. A few weeks ago, I tried Elite the first night they were open and was favorably impressed. The service was great and my waiter had an awesome commend of the menu! She knew what everything was and was able to explain it to my wife, who is less of a foodie then I. The food arrived in a timely manner and water and bread were refilled promptly. The first time I went, I ordered standard menu items, and was very happy. I just went back a second time and ordered two items that were off the menu. Both arrived as specified. Elite Café has risen to the top of my choices for dairy very quickly, and I hope that it will remain.
