If I could give no stars I would. I called to ask for information on a room. Not only did the person answering the phone have no information, he was very rude and confused himself. He told me that he didn’t know and would have to ask his manager. She was not in and wanted me to call back tomorrow. When I called, I made it clear that I needed the room tonight. Horrible costumer service!

Was here… a while… back …a few years… surprised they didn’t have a set up on this site yet… They were very nice and clean the last time I was there, and the price was fair if not cheap for NYC. Service is a little eehh… but usually there’s only 1 person there at the door, who serves as the concierge as well. So what ya expect, you know? Before it was this woman, which I think is also the owner of the place? Nonetheless, comfy beds, wish they had fluffier pillows, a little too flat for my preference. They charge less if you pay cash, otherwise tax and etc(typical asian commerce rule of thumb.) It’s $ 100 a night or higher if you want bigger bed or room $ 110. Down side… Queen Size bed is the biggest option, No King size beds Check-in before 3pm = add $ 10 for each hr Check out Before 12 noon or $ 10 for each additional hr They are cheaper on weekdays, and now do hourly too from the new advertisment I just read. The location is further from the crowded area of Flushing main st. but still very convenient, with 24hr restaurants and drugstore etc for necessities. Don’t know how much they’ve changed since my last visit tho, hope they are still clean and etc and not run down like most business in this category…
