Tried their hot and tingy(though I honestly don’t know what they mean by this) beef noodles. Great thing about their noodles is that you get to choose the thickness of your noodles! My preference was for thin noodles so I chose that option. The noodles itself made the dish! They had the perfect«bounce» to them. One thing I was confused about was the addition of both cooked veggies and chopped lettuce on the side, as if they couldn’t decide what side of veggies to add. The cooked cabbage and carrots alone are adequate for the dish. Oh by the way, the beef noodles came topped with tofu. I’m allergic to soy/tofu and didn’t know that it was in dish so I picked it all out before mixing the noodles. If you have the same allergy, tell them before you order. A $ 5 deposit is required for their bowl. You get it back after you’re done.

Located in the NY Food Court, Guchun stands out in the handful of restaurants. It serves up quality food and the interaction with the cashiers was pleasant to deal with. I ordered the cumin lamb noodle for $ 7.75. But just fyi, there is a $ 5 deposit for eat-ins. So make sure your wallet has enough money before heading over! Nonetheless, the $ 7.75 was more than worth every single bite. The portion was generous for the price. You can choose either skinny or broad noodles. I went for the broad noodles, which were excellently cooked and made. They had that perfect bouncy texture to them. The noodles came topped with cumin lamb(the bomb), peppers, onions, lettuce, and fried tofu. Give it all a good stir and you have one bowl of deliciousness! It had an excellent flavor profile(savory and sensational to the tongue). Definitely heading over to this place more often for lunch!

Wow! We love the food here! Mind blowing! Absolutely delicious! We’ve been here few times, ordering few different items on the menu. We really can’t decide which one we like the most. The beef noodle soup, the pork ribs noodle soup, the cumin beef pancake roll, the spicy beef pancake roll, & the garlic egg pancake roll, they were all just absolutely amazing! Tons & tons of flavor! The noodle soup here is huge! They don’t just give lots of soup & less of everything else here. You get lots of meat & noodles here for the price you paid. Everything here is pretty much under $ 10. If you order a noodle soup, there’s a $ 5 deposit for the bowl. No biggie though, just return the bowl & they will return the deposit to you immediately. The young guy who’s taking the order is definitely friendly & polite. Great service! One of the must place to stop by when you’re in Flushing. If you love your food with insane amount of flavor just like we do, we guarantee that you’ll love the food here.

Yes my found love for noodles has return. Thanks to this place i tried an amazing large bowl of premium beef with hand pull noodles. I do mean it when i said its large! Of course i would have to put a $ 5 deposit so that i would have to return the bowl. The soup was delicious. Wish there were a few more pieces of beef but thats just my fat ass wanting more! Everything tasted homemade. Will come back to try more!

Their fried sliced noodles are to die for! If you like spiciness then try the Spicy Cumin Lamb Fried Noodles and Spicy Szechuan Pork Noodles. Both are addictingly good!!! Better than Xi’an in all aspects. Winning taste, location, price, portions and many more!

Spicy tingly beef noodle! My mouth is on fire but it’s so good and addicting. Very friendly staff and speak English which is helpful for the Gwilo.

While not an expert, after years of swearing by Xian Famous, there is a new culinary king in town. On my third dish and in heaven. Just don’t be weirded out by the 5 $ bowl deposit… it is an entry to culinary nirvana. Clean food court location depicting New China… in Flushing of course! Yum to the max.

Revelatory. The only restaurant in the city offering the cuisine of Baoding, a Northern Chinese city located about 90 miles southwest of Beijing. Nestled in back of the upstart New York Food Court, the team here is friendly, professional, and English speaking. A must stop for true Flushing gourmands

There are many similarities between the stalls in this food court and those of the more popular New World Mall’s food court, but Guchun Private Kitchen is a standout worth deviating from the norm for. The pancake strips are pieces of flour(think of a scallion pancake) shredded into noodle-like strips and stir-fried with meat and vegetables. My fave is the chicken pancake strips, and it only costs $ 5.75 for a heaping portion with a cup of soup. I bought a takeout order for my hubby, and he said, «I don’t know what the heck this is, but it’s freaking amazing!»

I tried the cumin lamb with pancake strips, it had a nice flavor and came with soup. I especially liked the cabbage in the dish.

I do enjoy this place and I feel like this is the most crowded place in the mall. The workers are all busy preparing fresh, delicious food that is cheap and modern. The have a nice digital sign that advertise their specials. They also have a large menu board showing their dishes. They serve their soups in Korean style bowls as well. Their two best dishes are the pancakes and their spicy beef with pancake strips. The beef was incredible, perfectly cooked, tender, not tough at all. The pancake had a weird texture, but was quite good. The spice level was a bit intense. They also had cumin lamb which I was excited about, but I didn’t get it.
