This place is dishonest to its customer. I was sold a package for 20 sessions of facial and 20 session of massages by Selina. Yes, long behold on my third visit, I was told by someone else that they never have this kind of deal. It’s you buy 20 sessions and you choose to do either facial or massage. When I asked to confront Selina(person who sold me the package) the owner says she doesn’t work with them anymore. So either Selina was deceiving in trying to get people to buy packages from her so she gets commission or the owner doesn’t want to honor the deal. All in all, I felt duped and hate this place so much. They rush through the facials after they get you to buy the package. I learned my lesson to never buy so many sessions! And make sure you don’t take their word for it and have them write down clearly what you’re buying. Very unpleasant and disappointing experience!

A very good friend of mine invited me for a facial. She scheduled it for early Sunday and although I was thinking of just taking the train, I bravely drove to Flushing and because it was early, I found parking on the street. I went up three flights of stairs and entered the place. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. Pretty soon, we were asked to go into the room. The mini-robe was very clean and the sheets smelled fresh. They applied cleanser, then cleaned the face, then steam, then mask etc. The whole facial took over an hour. They didn’t rush it. Unlike other places, neither did they push any product while I was lying down, defenseless and only half-dressed. :) And for that, I love them. My friend had a package for 20 facials that come up to about $ 35 – 40 per facial. It also allows her to bring a friend for a facial which means the package is partly transferable. Once again, Flushing surprised me with this hidden gem. I don’t hesitate coming back nor recommending this place.

massage was ok. $ 30 for 1hr. but then they required at least 10 $ tip! what? how is that even ok? i should’ve said no. but i was tired after the massage. but if this happens to me again, i’m saying NOWAY! if that is a requirement you need to advertise it ahead of time.

I’ve been going to this Spa for several years, it’s one of the nicer ones in Flushing. The clientele is mostly Asian but the staff does speak English and they have non-Asian clients. The Spa offers an array of beauty services such as customized facial packages, body and foot massage and other cosmetic services. They are known for their customized facials which take about an hour. First, your face is gently wiped clean and then placed under a facial steamer to open your pores and sweat out any impurities. They leave you under the facial steamer for about 15 to 20 minutes and then they massage your face to increase blood flow to tighten and plump your skin. Then comes the extractions, they use a metal tool to extract anything trapped underneath your pores. It does sting a little, just make sure to tell your facial specialist to be gentle. After the extractions your face is sanitized with a solution to prevent infections and then a soothing lavender gel is used to calm the skin due to the extractions. My face never looks red or puffy after the facial. Depending on what package you choose(they allow you to customize your package) determines the next step of the facial but it usually ends with a soft white mud mask. Many women use this time to rest and relax while their mask is drying. This Spa is nice, clean and affordable. Call them and ask about their facial packages.
