I ordered the yaki soba and my friend ordered the thai chicken green curry. Taste wise it was good — however it was so salty to the point where my friend couldn’t even eat her food, and she usually eats pretty salty! My food was horribly salty as well but I was just so hungry that I ate anyway. The worker noticed my friend not eating and asked if everything was okay. The staff were kind enough to exchange the food… but it was so salty again!!! They were very nice and didn’t charge us for her dish. What a shame we wanted to have a nice meal :(

This place delivers sooooooo fast! I ordered 10 minutes ago and my food is already here. The drive alone can take that long. Great service and good food too. Very happy with Nagoya

If I could give this place zero stars it would still be overrated. We have given them countless opportunities and they NEVER get our order right the first time. Or they’ll give a single soy sauce for a 2 person meal. And if that isn’t bad enough they claim to close at 1030 but will run out of the door at 9:45 so you cannot do anything about it. They’ve treated us like crap upon confrontation and don’t even care. As if our days aren’t stressful enough we have to deal with this. if they go out of business the the community would be better off.

My boys and I looooooooooooooooooooooooooove this place! We order home usually 1−2x a month and their sushi is always fresh and delicious and arrives in less than 30 min.

One of my favorite go to sushi spots. It’s always quiet inside and the sushi is on point. I highly recommend the kani salad. Absolutely amazing ! I’ve tried all of the sushi there and never had a problem. :)

I had a sushi craving and decided to stop in for their inexpensive lunch specials. The hostess/server never got up to seat me or to take my order. Instead she told me to pick a seat and took my order from behind her booth. I found her approach to be unwelcoming and unprofessional. I should’ve taken my order to go but we all know that sushi never tastes good once you have to travel back home with it. She just so happen to be extremely busy on her iPad that she never came around to check on me nor clear my table once I was done with an item. The tip that she didn’t receive reflected her poor service. Once my meal was done and I pushed everything to the side she came over to ask, «Is that all?» She deserved a good olé cussing but I declined and took the higher road and said, «No thanks, just the check please.» There’s been some slight renovations to Nagoya which makes it look more spacious. The food is good but the service sucks. Hence the reason for the 3 star review.

I have gotten food from here 4x & have never been disappointed! Where else can you find 3 fresh rolls for $ 12? I also ordered the salmon dinner box which was complete& delicious. They delivered in less time than they said it would take on the phone; this is the first time the person delivering was so eager to deliver their next order they almost left without a tip! I also recommend the wasabi shumai– it is a unique take on a dumpling; a little more spicy/flavorful. The best was when I asked for a description of different items on the menu the person did not mind describing the choices.

Ordered through Unilocal delivery for dinner. This menu was a bit expensive. Sushi and lo mein were pretty good. General Tsos entre was overcooked

I used to really love this place. I stopped going for a while, then came back tonight. Big mistake. I dislike cucumber and always ask politely for places to leave it out of my dishes(but if I get it in my plate, it’s no big deal. I’m really not a difficult customer). I asked for a kani salad without cucumber and the waiter literally laughed in my face, lectured me on what comes inside a kani salad(yes, I know it’s just crab and cucumber, but it also has crunch, sauce and sometimes lettuce…), and when I told him other places are more than happy to take it out, he simply repeated over and over that it’s impossible to get it without cucumber, laughing in my face. I walked out. Never again. I’m more than happy to frequent a place that doesn’t allow substitutions, but laugh in my face? Never again.

Good AYCE sushi. $ 22 when I came on a Monday around 4. Only one other customer in the restaurant. As most sushi places, this places is run by Chinese people but that’s okay because their sushi was pretty good. The only real problem I had was that the waitresses and chefs kept(accidentally? But everything, so purposely? I’m not sure) forgetting one roll from our orders. To combat this, we just ordered an extra roll each time LOL the kani salad is amazing, highly recommend. Didn’t have a bad roll except one that was fried, so the rice was warm. That one was a little weird but I’m not sure what it was called. All in all, we had a good time. We were not rushed to pay, leave, or give more tip.

Craving sushi while at work, I decided to order from this place. Thank you for offering such a convenient service right on Unilocal! I ordered vegetable gyozas and two avocado-cucumber rolls. The order came pretty fast, which I was happy about. The gyozas came in a pretty big portion. Crispy? No. I was disappointed about that. It wasn’t too flavorful either, and I kept checking the inside of the dumpling to check what I was eating. The avocado-cucumber rolls were pretty standard… it’s hard to mess it up because it’s so simple. It hit the spot, though, and I was really satisfied! I’ll be ordering from here again, and will be updating my review to include the quality of their other menu items!

Good place, very affordable so 4 stars for the price you are paying for. small usually empty so I assume they do lots of deliveries and pick up business. Nothing fancy here, they are pretty fast to delivery or when ordering pick up, ready in minutes.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I order lunches every other week from here for delivery and have tried my favorite Nabeyaki Udon, Katsu, Gyoza, Avocado Salad, Rock Shrimp, sushi, etc. Some stronger than others but they are all good. Some of their food has some authenticity to their dish, style and taste which I always look for in a Japanese restaurant. Their portion size is pretty good. I sometimes order extra food to bring home for dinner. I even got some of my coworkers to switch to order from here. It also seems like their food is always fresh and consistent. The icing on the cake is the delivery man is so nice! This is my 1st Japanese restaurant choice in this neighborhood.

We were a party of 3.25 as my 8.5 month old son joined us for the night. We all got a little something different. Curry Coconut seafood. Terriaki Shrimp dinner box Chicken hibachi Spicy girl roll to share. Food was good. Service good. Nothing fancy and no ambiance to speak of, but the reason its 4 not 5 is that they messed up our order for three items. two sides and 1 main course. Wrong soup and rice and then the curry coconut seafood first came out with only shrimp and then the replacement had no curry. If there was a 4.5 they would have gotten it because after my son made mess on the floor the waiter flew to the table to stop me as I cleaned it up and insisted that I allow him to do so. On the way out we peaked at the all you can eat menu. Seems extensive for AYCE so we’ll be back.

On a quest to satisfy my sushi fix for Christmas evening, Nagoya is my new joint. I was given the task of picking up sushi for the family dinner, much like Frodo bore the task of carrying the ring to Mordor. My usual spot in Whitestone, Atami, has closed down. But fortunately, I found Nagoya How many places are open on Christmas? how many sushi places? Nagoya is open, no problem. Regular business hours cause these mofos work hard. I ordered Party Platter B — which was a total of 68 pieces for $ 40!!! Tuna sushi, eel avocado, million dollar roll, special tuna rolls and I added 20 extra pieces of sushi and another tuna special roll. Then on top, they threw another tuna special roll for free(sweet heart roll). As for taste and freshness, we’re not looking at chef morimoto’s new kill for the day. This is friggin boonies Whitestone, Chinese run sushi on a Christmas Day. I wouldn’t rate it the best I ever had, but it was good. Good special rolls and the sushi tasted good — no complaints from myself or the family. I ordered in total more than 100 pieces and by the end of dinner, it was all gone. Plate was licked cleaner than Heathcliff eating fish meat off the bones. All for $ 100! A friggin Benjamin for all this food on a Christmas Day!!! One of the workers, Jessica, was extremely polite and helpful with my order. What a nice hard working person, I greatly appreciated it. The platters and arrangement of the sushi was also very nice and clean, light years ahead of whT Atami was doing for me. Looks like I found a new holiday sushi joint for the family — Goya to Nagoya foolio!

YUM!!! Good customer service… I just picked up a huge lunch order for my work place… and we all loved our food! I highly recommend the beef thai trio trio… i was beyond pleased! The proportion is HUGE!!! at least double the beef that the other Chinese take out places usually give me. Flavor is good. No complaints!!! My coworkers also ordered the yellow chicken curry and basil chicken. No complaints either, we all enjoyed the food. However, I don’t recommend the curry dishes bc they can not compare to authentic Thai dishes. Good thing they left their menu at my apartment building. I’m satisfied and happy.
