One of the best tackle store in Queens. Billy and his sister Linda are well educated in the world of fishing and are extremely helpful. A great selection of both low and high end rods, reels, line, bucktails, etc. They also have fresh bunker clam, worms, etc. Just a heads up that this store mainly specializes in Saltwater Fishing, however they do have some Freshwater gear. Overall great service and great variety of gear.

Billy & his sister Linda are very helpful. Been there soooo many times. Noone can come near Billy’s prices. Usually always has whatever I need in Stock, & if not he will track it down and get it for you. Always the best customer service, definitely my go too tackle shop located in the heart of Queens. Easy parking !!!

Bob S. My son went in here to buy bait and got one eel($ 1.75)clams($ 5.00)two bunker(1.50each). He was charged twenty dollars which I thought was kind of steep but as I was in the car on my way to Long Island I figured I’d call the next day. When I was told the correct prices and realized my son was overcharged I inquired if I could be reimbursed on my next visit. WELL — I was told in no uncertain terms that NO I would not! Why you ask… because the tightwad I spoke to(who I believe to be the owner) questioned my veracity. Really — why would I bother calling if I had not felt like I was ripped off? You would think a reputable shop as this was purported to be would make up tor their mistake rather than lose a good customer. Fair warning — when you buy from this place make sure you are not overcharged — and count your change before you leave!

One of my top tackle shops to come back to, time and time again. Their selection of rods, rells, and fishing accessories are awesome. They are extremely nice, but it can get really busy in there esp on a friday night, so pick your time to visit wisely. Come at a slow time and you can chat with the owner and pick his brain about anything fishing wise. I always come back here for sinkers, fishing line, and hooks, their prices are very good. I remember when I walked in to buy my first rod, he took the time and explained to me which rod is best for which type of fish. Spent like 30 minutes with me while I decided which rod, ended up purchasing a St. Croix Triumph Conventional for the party boats, couldnt be happier, with the product and price.

I came here today to pick up some crab cages. They have a few styles. Some come already assembled and some don’t. The store is a legit pro fishing store. They carry a lot of goodies for those who love to fish. This store has been here for a long time and the the guy behind the counter knows his stuff. As long as you don’t get cute or wise with him, he’s a pretty nice guy. Their location is convenient. It’s right off the highway and I never really experienced any difficulty finding parking around here. I’m usually just in and out when I come here. Next door is a Kung Fu place that I use to goto. If it’s still run by the same dude, you’re gonna get your ass handed to you.

One of the few fishing tackle shops that have stayed in business for quite some time. They specialize mostly in saltwater gear although they do carry some fresh water lures and baits. Located in a very inconspicuous spot next door to a martial arts studio, directly across the street from a parking lot underneath an overpass. Although it’s been some time since I’ve gone back, I believe they also have information on charter & party boats. Parking is usually available directly in front of the shop. The prices for fishing tackle can sometimes be negotiable, which is typical like most Asian run businesses, whatever they don’t carry they might order it for you. The owners(like most tackle shops), have their own ideas and suggestions on where to go and various other tips. Depending on how busy they are, they might share some info with you, provided you ask nicely.
