Love this place. Great Fresh Juice. Tasty Sandwiches and Salads. Price is very reasonable for its quality.

Very nice selections of fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, salads(salalala), panini as well as wraps. Employees make most items to order and they are very conscientious about keeping things clean. They can also accommodate allergies if requested. I once mentioned a peanut allergy and they made sure to rewash the equipment for my selections. The mooli random style light is a nice touch as well. The space is Modern and homey at the same time. Across the hall from the red mango in the Arcadia mall, it is wonderful compliment to the area. A small shop that cares what you eat and wants you to as well.

Amazing salad/drinks bar in Flushing Chinatown! The owner, Lily, hopes to introduce lighter, healthy fare into the ethic food scene through a rotating menu. She mixes traditional Chinese offerings, such as homemade herbal congees and custom tea blends, with salads/sandwiches that fuse American and Chinese greens. For people who have allergies, her drinks have fruit juice, nut milks, coconut water, or soy milk as bases. Had the Lite Weight smoothie twice and it’s my current favorite. It’s smooth, refreshing, and works great as a palate cleanser after a heavy meal. The roasted Kale + grilled chicken salad is perfectly portioned – the chicken is grilled in advance, but is incredibly moist. I’m really excited to see how her menu develops as Lily is still tinkering with her recipes. She plans to release more hybrid offerings that combine healthy Western and Eastern ingredients. In any case, she’s using a pantry that’s jarring to find in Downtown Flushing: kale varieties, microgreens, fresh sprouts(they grow by the counter!), quinoa, asparagus, white fungus, dates, winter squash. Sort of random, but you can also purchase locally baked cookies, tea blends, etc although the selection is small at this time.
