These people do an excellent job of cutting your hair. Every time I can get consistent results here. While slightly more expensive than the average Chinatown/​Flushing barber shop, it’s still very cheap compared to non-​Chinese places, at $ 12 for cut and wash (they raised their prices up from $ 10 recently). The level of service provided here compares favorably to $ 30 places, and is definitely a cut above most other Chinese-​run barber shops.
They have a closet where you can put store your winter coat, bags, etc. while getting a haircut, which is very convenient.

If you want a decent haircut (and shampoo) and only have a few bucks in your pocket– this is the place. They are open long hours and I have been here 3 times and enjoyed every visit. Keep in mind, I live in Oakland, CA so you can see that I like this place enough to keep coming back.
No nonsense, no fuss, haircut/​shampoo for cheap and they do a great job. What more could you ask for? Since they charge so little, be sure and tip them well!
