I went to this location, Store# 8919, after a having a TERRIBLE experience at Store# 4734 located at 158 – 19 Northern Boulevard Flushing, NY11358. I signed in and waited a little bit but as soon as they were able to see me it went quick. I asked a lot of questions and the reps and manager there and were very helpful and informative. The store is 5 times bigger than the cramp store at 158 – 19 Northern Blvd. If it wasn’t for the wait at the beginning I would have given this store 5 stars. I can’t stress enough how much better the reps here are than at the other store. I strongly recommend that everyone in the neighborhood go to this location. NEVER go to the one at 158 – 19 Northern Boulevard Flushing, NY11358. Its Horrendous.

The voice over on my dad’s iphone was turned on again and so annoying which prevented him from using the phone. I usually go to the one on Roosevelt Ave but there’s no way to find parking there so luckily its less busy at this location. I spotted Nathalie T. at one of the counters and she assisted my dad with his phone issue. She was quite thorough with explaining and turning off the voice over. I asked about the plans that might benefit for me in the future whenever my Note 1s died and I won’t feel bad getting a new phone lol

Slow service and rude employees. There are honest businesses and there are the shady businesses that will try to up sell and cheat you every chance they get and This is one of them! With fake smiles as their front they prey on the elderly, upgrading my grandparents plan and adding data they don’t ever use. Preying on the elderly has to be a new low AVOIDTHISLOCATION.

For the most part, Wireless providers as a whole are generally pretty good in providing cellular services. My review of «T-Mobile» is not going to be based on the mobile cellular service or available calling plans. This review is based mainly on the customer service. My wife wanted to look into the different mobile«Hotspot» plans. We were pleasantly greeted by a young man named«Kevin» Kevin took the time to explain all the different«hotspot» devices and the pros and cons for each one. Now my wife had a lot of questions for Kevin, though I thought Kevin was being interrogated by my wife with all her questions. Kevin was cheerful and answered all her questions. In the end she decided not to go with«T-mobile», but I am refreshed to see people like Kevin, very professional, knowledgeable and truly personify what great customer service should be! Now the phones and different accessories were nicely laid out in the store. The place was big, clean and well lit. There is a parking lot around the corner if you can’t find parking on Northern Blvd. Once again«Kudos» to Kevin and«T-Mobile» for hiring such a great person to represent your company!

as a tmobile customer, I came to this store to renew my phone. I came to the store explicitly asking for a Galaxy S3 phone, but when I got home, I realized I got an out-dated S2. the clerk, by the name of Teresa, denied it and said that she has explained the price difference to me many times already, although I never heard it. I had to pay a $ 50 restocking fee for the store’s mistake. Also, I feel that whenever I ask for something, there can never get a straight answer. it just seems to be very dishonest. I would recommend that you avoid this store.
