Good if you are going to have a newborn, Dr. Tao would go to the affiliated hospital and check on the newborn, and the first visit to her office after birth usually no waiting time. But once your child become bigger, the waiting time is long, at least 2 hours, and she spent 5 – 10 minutes with each patient and won’t really listen to parents’ concerns. My child was diagnosed with autism at 2.5 yr old. I raised this concern with Dr. Tao at his 2 yr old checkup about his speech delay and poor eye contact, but she said boys tend to talk later and some kids were shy, she said he didn’t «look» autistic to her. If she would listen to me and refer me to a specialist, my child could get help from early intervention a lot earlier.
