front desk service is good and the waiting time is reasonable if you had an app. BUT two things happened and i decided to change Wenjing Zhou right away.
1. my son had a fever when he was 2. Dr Zhou didn’t find it out the reason was ear infection. We knew it until my son had high fever and was sent to ER.
2. we walked by since my son had a fever even afer taking medication. After waiting 2−3hours @ MD office, around 12.40pm, I was notified that doctor was too busy today and she was going for lunch. my son was the only kid waiting at that time, T was still over 100. the longest visit time won’t be over 15 minutes. is it not OK to have your lunch @ 1PM?
she is not medically profesional nor having any sympathy.
it had better to change doctor or never choose her.

My daughter has been sick for 2 days. Her coughing getting worse and worse. I called to make appointment. But I was late. They refused my daughter. My daughter was so week, keep coughing and stomach pain everytime she coughing. I told the staff I can wait until you closed as long as the doctor can see my daughter. They still refused. The reason because they were so busy. By the time I left there wasn’t any patient. I had to wait until next morning to change the doctor.
The worst and crueless doctor ever can let the children suffering without any help. I regret to chose you to my daughters doctor.

I brought my son to Dr. Zhou after seeing her commercial on TV. What a scam! She used to have Beijing Union Medical College (which is the best medical school in China) listed under her education and residency in various doctor rating websites, and has removed it since we visited.
I have NEVER met a doctor as clueless as she is. The only good thing about the practice was her friendly staff. She charged my insurance company an arm and a leg for a 3 minutes of «consultation».
Bottom Line — Avoid this place.
