Wireless Champs

Contract was up for our family so my dad decided to try this place, which at first I was dreading because the last time we renewed our contract, the customer rep messed it up and our bill came out to $ 900 because the idiot forgot to add back on the text messaging but this was at another vendor.
The 3 people in here yesterday around 4pm, 2 guys and 1 girl were all super friendly and answered any and all of my dad’s (annoyingly stupid) questions. Calm, collected, talkative and super helpful people. Genuinely nice people! I would have gotten annoyed at my dad because he asks the same question in 5 different ways. Seriously, you would understand if you were my mom, sister or me LOL.
I forgot the other 2 people’s names but the guy who helped us, his name was Sing. He definitely had me singing his praises. The 3 also can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and perfectly good English too. Also, the sales reps here don’t harass you or push you to get unnecessary junk either unlike some other places that hack on a bunch of garbage. 3 new phones, changed our mins to 1000 = $ 110 -$ 50 rebate = (insert number here). My math is terrible so you do the math. They gave very good instructions to us regarding the phones, rebates, and all that jazz. After my dad was done paying, last minute I asked Sing if we could we get a screen protector too? And the guy didn’t have one that fit my sister’s new HTC Radar so the guy just took one off the racks and customized it to fit and it was FREE!!! WIN!!!
We had such an amazing customer service here and would recommend this place to anyone!
