My girlfriend booked this as an activity during my bachelorette party and we all had the BEST time. Captain Randy was SO kind and accommodating, and you could really tell he has a deep abiding love for Charleston. It was billed as a «sunset cruise» but we got so much more than that !! He told us all about the history and topography of the water we were boating through, anecdotes about all the homes on the water, pointed out different species of fish and birds… and we even got to see DOLPHINS, which was such a treat as we were not expecting that. I would recommend this as a MUST-​DO for anyone visiting Charleston !!

My family and I chartered a trip to Morris Island during a recent trip to Folly Beach. On top of being super friendly and accommodating, Captain Randy was also extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. He was also nice enough to recommend some favorite local restaurants. All in all, this ended up being one of our favorite experiences during our week-​long stay.

Captain Randy does it right! Used his services to perform a wedding at the Morris Island lighthouse. He was very good to us and explained alot of the history on the way to the lighthouse. I felt very safe and I know the couple getting married were pleased as well.

We just arrived back from our two hour long tour with this company, and enough cannot be said about Captain Randy. This man is not only an immensely talented boat captain, but he is both a gentleman and a scholar. From start to finish, Cap. Randy ensured both our safety and our peace of mind. My father, step-​mother, and I had fabulous time as Cap. Randy regaled us with information regarding the ample wildlife that inhabit these coastal regions, as well tales regarding the rich history of the Folly Beach region. I would recommend Island Hopper Boat Charters to any individual or family hoping to have a fun-​filled, relaxing, and fascinating tour of the myriad islands and acres of coastline that make Folly Beach, South Carolina one of the top tourist destinations in the world.
