Phillip did a great job remodeling our two bathrooms — I would definitely use him again for other home projects. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry, did a professional quote, gave me a clear idea of when he could start and then kept in touch up until that time. Once we started on the project, he was very helpful on where to go to pick out materials, etc. and kept the work going at a steady pace and finished just when he said he would.
Phillip does meticulous work — he not only did the work at hand but also made recommendations on fixing things that others might have glossed over (fixing seal on existing toilet; replacing an old outlet, etc.).
He and the tiler he works with (Fillip) did such high quality work and they were a pleasure to work with — they always cleaned up thoroughly each day. And the end results were beautiful — I will post before and after pictures but I have to say that the bathrooms look even better in person.

It is rare these days to get professionalism and old fashioned work ethic along with honesty. Phil has all these. He is a pleasure to work with and his work is impeccable. He is very talented.

We hired Phil to completely remodel our kitchen and both bathrooms before moving into our current home. One word — WOW! He was always a professional, completely reliable, and gave complete attention to every detail. He’s always up front about the costs, but still very reasonable compared to what so many others out there charge for quality work. We’re bringing him back to do a complete rebuild of our large deck.

I hired Deco Construction to demo and then rebuild my kitchen. I loved working with Phil. My first clue that he would be our choice was when I asked him for a guess as to what it would cost, and he replied, «I don’t guess.» Phil had our bid to me promptly, and he was very organized as to how he commenced our remodel. There were no surprises, but I was able to make changes along the way and Phil was very helpful in this regard. You never have to guess with Phil as to how things are going. He shows up each day when he says he will and progress is made every day. He is very fastidious and keeps the work area very clean. Phil is a perfectionist and his work shows it. My kitchen was done on time, on budget, and with every detail looked after. I would absolutely hire Deco again and I would recommend Deco to all my friends and family too. He was awesome!
