Launderland of Folsom

The lady behind the counter is not friendly at all! No greeting of any sort. Started the conversation with «that won’t be done today» which I was fine with but a rude way to start a transaction. When I went to pick it up someone else helped me at first. When there was a problem with the card the grumpy lady got up and closed the door just about hitting me with it.
I will not be bringing anything back here.

Perhaps a little dated, but it is a laundry. Free Wi-​Fi. I didn’t see any broken machines. Most of the ones I have been to have broken machines in the 30% or more range. Saved probably ten bucks on our laundry bill over the old place.
I need to be able to do my dogs need and they don’t allow that. I understand, but my dog deserves clean also. Perhaps make one washer dog bed only?
Anyway, not displeased with my overall experience today.

To all the people complaining it’s old and outdated. come on its a laundry mat. if you want new then maybe you should buy your own washer and dryer! I’m just saying. Be happy it’s even here. or else you would be hand washing your clothes lol! My rant is over! Thanks

I’m terrified of this place. Not going to make this review lengthy because it’s just a laundromat, but my goodness. Paint the freaking walls a color from this century. Get new chairs. Update the machines and invest in an air freshener. We will see how the machine does on my clothes. I’m scared

The story:
I tried feeding my $ 10.00 bill (which I had just gotten from my bank) into the change machine and it wouldn’t take it. I tried another machine with the same result. I went to the laundromat worker and asked of she had either a fresh bill or change in dollars for the $ 10. She grunted and walked away with my $ 10 and put it into the change machine, like I had just done. It wouldn’t take the $ 10. She mumbled, «you must have wadded it up» and walked behind the «employees only» counter and shut the door in front of me. She came back and gave me 10 ones. I thanked her and went to get my change from the machines. I returned shortly to ask if she could recommend a particular washer for my 2 extra-​large sleeping bags. She replied in a frank tone, «you can’t put them in a top loader!!» …which was :
A. Not what I was asking, and
B. Clearly apparent by the signs posted everywhere.
I found my way, washed my stuff and left, but being a newcomer to this laundromat, I would have appreciated more clear, and thoughtful communication.

The hours are longer than posted online. The facility is open from 6 am-​10 pm. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Easy to operate machines. The best laundromat in the area.

After doing my homework on Unilocal I was in need to complete my laundry and I am new to the area. Not very busy for a Sunday and as Lionel Ritchie says… EZ like Sunday morning. Typical laundromat and to wash a large load was $ 2.25 and to complete a small load in a conventional washer (top loaded) same price $ 2.25. Complaint was the dryer. No LCD timer display on dryer and after doing some math 101. The dryer ran six minutes for .25 cents. Nothing special. Had one TV and pretty good air as it was baking today in Folsom (100 deg +). Could use a good sweeping, but don’t they all. Got her done in bout an hour ten minutes.

If I could leave no stars I would. This place is DIRTY!!! All machines are old and outdated. Everywhere you look theres dirt and dust and in all the soap dispensers theres black and green mold. It seems like no one is ever there if you need anything. Even the chairs you can sit on in there stink and look like crap. Come on! This place is in folsom not some hood somewhere… needs work
