This Panda Express has the worst service! Everyone is so rude. The only person that had a good attitude here was Joe and I don’t think he works at this location anymore.

On one hand, Panda Express is a remarkable achievement; privately owned, extremely consistent food throughout the chain, fresh ingredients you watch being prepared, fast service, and very reasonable prices. On the other hand, every one of them I’ve been to within an hour of closing time is a train wreck. The staff has clearly been instructed by headquarters in Rosemead to stop making food in order to reduce waste and save money. The stuff in steam trays looks like it has been there for days. They’ll make you something fresh if you order a dish they’re out of, but it will take awhile. We were quoted a seven-minute wait for orange chicken and left in frustration, which seems to be the strategy. Hey, Panda, that’s your signature dish, maybe you can have a little on-hand for your late-night customers in a hurry.

Panda Express on Prairie City in Folsom, CA is one of the worst Chinese restraint I have ever eaten at. They are slow, unfriendly, unhelpful and dirty. I will never at a Panda Express ever again. The food was not fresh and was way to spicy hot!

It’s ok for quick Chinese. The food is not replaced very often. Also one of the ladies that work behind the counter always has an attitude. We have given Panda many chances in the past 6 months. Very unfriendly staff is what my main complaint is.

I go to this place often, but I would like to let folks know that there is no serving standard. Some places(Togo’s as an example) weigh the food or some places serve by volume. Here its how they feel serving. May be they employ people who has experience in weighing gold. What will be your feeling if the server is decides to put a piece of chicken back to the tray? I don’t have any problem if the serving was fair. Today I ordered 2 entrée plates and the serving quantity was too low. I talked to the manger and told her to train the employees well and standardize the serving.

I am a Pandas fan however there is no flavor in this Panda location’s food, even something as basic as fried rice. On top of that food served is in small quantity compared to other Panda locations. Last time I ate here was a year ago. Nothing has improved since. Fried rice is still bland. Six walnut shrimps served for an EXTRA $ 1.25 I need to find a different better location of Panda.

By far one of the slowest poorly run panda’s I have visited. Each time I hope they get better, each time I am sorely disappointed. I love my Panda Express and unfortunately this one is the closest by far to me. The staff is slow, sometimes borderline rude. They rarely ask if I want a sample and a lot of times the food looks like it is a day old because it has sat so long. I dare not eat inside because it feels as if their AC is permanently disabled. It’s cooler outside than inside. This place really needs corporate to come in and clean it up! Retrain the staff and get people that are courteous. This is such a bummer. I expect more from such a place.

Well, I guess I have to agree with some of the other reviews. When I first walked in I saw several employees but none of offered to take my order. Had to wait at least 5 minutes before an employee took my order. In terms of food I was able to get one of the classic bowls so I had a decent amount of food but the taste was little bland and more oily than usual which tells me it’s not fresh. Not sure I’ll be coming to a Panda Express anytime soon.

I worked at panda for 3 years. I’m reading all these comments about, short staffed, no food. You guys have to think our boss has a boss of her own, she has to follow her bosses rules too. Im not trying to say it was amazing working there, because i hated it but it was a job. We were only allowed to cook a certain a amount of food at a time because people were so picky we would end up throwing away good food, wasting money. I transferred from another panda, i do have to admit this one was horrible just being there i just didnt like it, alsoyou cant complain about the line being so long we have no control over who comes in, because everyone would all come in at once, and some people took forever to order. The short staffed, again our mangers boss made the rules okay, he would want a certain amount working at the time, not the Manger you see inside panda.If you guys have any questions, fill free to ask.

Still poorly managed. Food is so-so, usually run out or food is old and not pleasing to the eyes as it has sat there too long… that’s poor process flow and management. This stop is more a half to rather than a want to. Under staffed at peak times, food not ready. Management-Think about this: When you order a 2 item plate and you plate 1 item and then turn and ask the cook to make more vegetables, currently the item you plated is ageing and getting cold… quick! What do you do!!! Asking the wrong person I guess. I consult and train employees and businesses like this to get you great reviews and turn out great food fresh and on time. You can contact me regarding. Let me know. Looks like many of the same reviews. Maybe there is a problem? Let me know. I will continue to visit this store only because its better than the M place and it’s on my route. Not because of service or food…

This panda is never ready for lunch on time. Half the dishes including the soup are still not ready by 1130. Oh and they are always under staffed. Today to top it all off they thought it would be a good idea to have ongoing construction during business hours with dust flying everywhere, no air conditioning. I think it is fair to say that this location needs a new manager, one with a little more attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Was so excited at 9:15 pm when I looked up panda’s hours on their website(I cut and pasted this from their site when I got home from NOT getting their food): Sun 10:30AM — 10:00PM Mon 10:00AM — 10:00PM Tue 10:00AM — 10:00PM Wed 10:00AM — 10:00PM Thu 10:00AM — 10:00PM Fri 10:00AM — 10:30PM Sat 10:30AM — 10:30PM When I got there at 9:35 pm the lights were dimmed, they were cleaning up, and the doors were all locked… looking at the sign next to the door their hours had been changed to close at 9:30 M-Th.(yup, this was a Thursday). Incredibly disappointing! It isn’t like their service was ever great — but the food usually made up for it. I am pretty much over it though. Just too tired of too little service and too little basic consideration(maybe update their website) to give money to those who could care less about how(and when) they serve their customers. There are too many other places to go that are hungry for the business and show it with great food and great service. Unilocal this«I’m over it»
