Starbucks is always good for me. But this one is special. Best place to hangout with friends. Most of the time I like to do reading here. The place is very nice with friendly staff.

I placed an order over the mobile app @ 11:07 am. App stated that our order(2 drinks and 1 slice of bread) would be ready in 4 – 7 minutes. We arrived at the starbucks @ 11:10. 3 customers ordered and recieved their 4 drinks before my order was even started. Employee called my name to give me 1 of my drinks and the bread. When I asked for my other drink, she dug through her garbage for the receipt and continued to read back my order. Once she realized I had one more drink she then smiled and said«it’s on its on way». I did not leave until 11:21. So disappointed. I wish the mobile app would offer the option of rating the store/each experience.

Beware of the drive thru here! 1) You will get stuck in the traffic this Starbucks was poorly designed they can not accommodate the incoming traffic and lines! It’s horrible I was stuck in this hot mess for 22 minutes in the drive thru! NEVEREVERAGAIN I am opting for any other coffee shop from now on. Every Time it takes SOLONG to get a drinks or just a breakfast wrap. 2) Worst Starbucks customer service in Folsom. Multiple staff members are rude here(especially the bleach blonde girl with the long pony tail) 3) Drinks are never right, soy lattes don’t come with whip, even when I ask for no whip sometimes it’s still on there, a splash of cream to them means so much you can’t taste the coffee… I gave up on this location.

I get free tea refills of tea at all other Starbucks locations all over California, but they charge me here. I asked and they said that manager said no tea bags. Not a problem any where else. Last visit here

Sad this place only has three stars! But I understand also, as getting coffee each day is a routine. Even a small inconvenience can set the tone for the rest of your day! This location though has really gotten it together in the last several months. Their team is awesome and all super nice, they never make you feel like you’re a bother(even though I totally am with my annoying drink) they also are surprisingly fast in the drive thru(sometimes faster than going inside) I do wish they had a larger parking lot tho as traffic can get crazy sometimes getting in and out. Love this place and so glad it’s right near my office!

This location is horrible. I have given it many chances since it’s a drive thru and I have two small children but I’d say 2 out of 10 times they get my order right and I either suck it up or go back and they never make much of an attempt to make it right. When I’m paying $ 5 for a damn coffee I expect it to be right. Done going here and hoping a Dutch bros comes to Folsom soon

Watched an awful experience with a blonde employee named Hannah & a «picky» customer a few days ago. Hannah made a very nasty comment about the woman’s preference to her frap. Customer service is everything, it was hard to watch her be so disrespectful rather than just putting on a smile and replying«yes, let me fix that for you right away.» I hope this is something that is talked about with her by her manager. After a conversation with the women behind me she informed me that this is how she acts towards her fellow employees and customers… Yikes! Won’t be coming back, I don’t want to watch her mistreat sweet people and I definitely don’t need that negative energy in my life.

The drive through staff needs to be more customer service friendly. This location has messed up on my drink more than once and I’m always really apologetic and nice about it but the drive through attendant is pretty snobby about it. I could understand her reaction if I was mean but jeeze…

I go to this Starbucks twice a day! The store it’s self is great and the employees are very nice! It was really slow going to get orders right and the line moving when the first opened but they all looked to be new and confused! I get a $ 6 drink because of all the added shots and after sitting in the drive thru line for twenty minutes there is nothing more frustrating then to pull away and realize you didn’t get the extra shots I paid for! And speaking of the drive thru who ever thought that this would be a great location for one must have been new! There is no flow to it what’s so ever!

This Starbucks location is perfect! Especially for college students. Good parking, lots of space, huge patio so everyone can enjoy the nice weather and coffee. The staff are always really nice and helpful as well. I usually go to the one on Blue Ravine but this location has a lot of space and it’s easier to work in.

Love Starbucks just like the next person, but the new crew here seems to be slower then the crew I’m used too. I come every morning before work and at least 1 – 2 of my coffees are made incorrectly. I would send it back considering I paid for it and I didn’t get what I paid for it I just don’t have the time to wait and I feel bad making the cars behind me wait for their goof up. So my word of advice. Please listen to your customers. If your aren’t sure just ask!

This Starbucks is the best! One crazy morning, I was running late to work and was in the drive through getting my «fuel», when I noticed I didn’t have my wallet! I had no money, I was embarrassed I had wasted their time! When I pulled up, I explained and Nick-the best– said, no worries! Come back and pay later. I did and I left them a nice tip, faith in humanity-restored!

This morning was a 2 star. I come in here 3 – 4 times a week and when I say thank you, the other person says you’re welcome! It’s simple people! And it’s very rude not to say you’re welcome… pisses me off quite frankly.

This location is beautiful, it’s big clean drive thru is a plus. Its a bit slow however, and the staff aren’t as perky as the other Starbucks and I’m not the type that needs smiles from ear to ear when I get service but eye contact would be nice. I work in food industry and I know you can make up for slowness through good customer service but it just doesn’t seem like anyone’s eager to go above and beyond here.

This is a great location for me. The outdoor area is very large, as well as inside. Since it’s new, the employees are often newly hired, it seems. Sometimes slow in the drive thru and confused on some special orders. The outside area is fenced in with a gate but there is no soggy water bowl! :(perfect place for a pit stop on a walk but need to bring own water bowl and get done water from inside. Updated 4÷22÷15: it’s always busy during the morning 8:00am rush in the drive thru. The parking lot isn’t designed to handle the drive thru lane when it backs up. There is nowhere to line up besides snaking through the small parking lot and then other patrons are trapped trying to leave the lot. I haven’t experienced it being too busy inside. Employees are better, as suspected from my first review.

The boyfriend and I are coffee people and NOT morning people. So when I wake up early and crave some coffee to get my day started, I want it done fast and done right. Although this is a super busy location in the mornings I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes(probably even less) for my coffee. It’s always right and quick just how I like it in the mornings. And it has a drive thru… awesome!

Drinks were made super fast and accurately. It was easy to check out with my new downloaded app. However there were no trash cans around the pick up counter for my straw trash. I think we had to go outside to throw out our trash

This location ALWAYS messes up my order. I only go here for the drive thru on few occasions yet every time they mess it up. Charge for a venti when I only want a grande, make the drink wrong, etc. I like the drive thru but wish they would do their jobs right — or at least fix it and not just apologize without caring.

Really nice staff. First time here since all the other Starbucks were packed. Relaxing, friendly, spacious, no pressure to get in and get out– the way starbucks was meant to be! THANKYOU!!! AND they have a drive through. Still getting their footing since opening I guess, but they are working on it. Would love to start coming regularly.

Drive-thru locations are hard to find, so when this one popped up by my house, I had to give them a little business. The service here was everything I can ask for — speedy and accurate. But I’m just a hot chocolate guy, so that’s not hard to get right. Good job anyway!
