I’m reluctant to dis a business, but my mani-​pedi experience here was not good. Maybe my initial call should have been an indicator. When I called, the voicemail was generic, so I wasn’t sure I had the salon (it turned out that I did), but I left a voicemail anyway. There was no return call, so I called several days later to make an appointment. The day of my appointment, when I called from the car to say I was on the way but was going to be a couple of minutes late, I was told to come in 30 minutes. I felt chastised. When I got there, they were more or less ready for me. They barked at me from the back of the salon to pick a color and then to come back to soak for my pedi. The pedi was OK — just OK. The exfoliation wasn’t thorough — she rushed it. The callouses weren’t that bad to begin with, but I had to do more work on when I got home to get the obvious, rough stuff off. And do they sanitize those toe separators between clients?
I had made the appointment with a specific person because I’d heard she was good, but when she finished the pedi, she had me walk (barefooted!) to another station and handed me off to someone else for the mani. The mani was NOT good. It may have been a language issue — she doesn’t speak English at all and had to rely on the other manicurist for communication — but she cut my nails much shorter than I wanted. She used a curved nail clipper (rather than a straight-​edged clipper. She clipped the skin on my finger in a couple of places (no blood — just skin — but still…) and left sharp edges on the corners (I’d requested rounded corners). The polish was applied much too thickly, leaving globs at the sides, which — of course — caused the polish to lift off in a day or so. When she finished, I was left to dry. Literally. Left. I finally got someone’s attention and said I was ready to go. Overall, not a great experience.
The salon had come highly recommended, but sad to say, I won’t go back. It’s been a couple of weeks, and my nails are finally the length I had requested.

Bad very bad experience… the lady named Crystal is the ONLY person working there. She is over booked and makes you wait for atleast 30 minutes.
had no idea on what hair colour she was using… I would star this negative .very poor service, dirty and unhygenic place. PLEASE DONT GO here. its going to be a total disappointment

They do a great job and take the extra time to make sure that every detail is done right. Nice haircut.
