This place has the worst customer service. I was just asking how much the sandwich is and she totally repeated the amount loud and it was totally unnecessary. She was rude

The person who waited on me was very nice and polite. Thank you.

I stopped here on a trip up to orgeon to get some lunch & got violently sick!!! had to pull over every 5 min so i could get out & throw up! my mom ate the same thing & had diarrhea the whole trip! got the sweet onion chicken, chicken had to be rotten. DON’T GO HERE.

I have to admit that I’m pleasantly surprised with my experiences here. I’ve visited this location a number of times and the consistency is outstanding! The ingredients used in my food are always very fresh… crisp lettuce, tomatoes that haven’t been sitting out for too long, bread that’s always soft and spongy. And the sandwiches are assembled very neatly, too… I’ve unwrapped some sandwiches from other locations and found half of the condiments laying next to the sandwich rather than in it. But not here… it’s always packaged just right.
Food aside, you’ll like your experience. Ever walk into a place, look around at the mess, and wonder if you really want to eat there? You won’t get that feeling at this location. Floor is clean… walls are clean… glass is clean… tables are clean… Really, the place has been spotless every time I’ve visited.
Most importantly… and I know you’ll be shocked when you find out it’s possible at a «fast food» restaurant… they’re NICE to you! They smile and make conversation, listening to and acknowledging responses rather than giving you empty nods and some combination of «uh-​huh» and «hmmm.» On my very first visit, I got a sheet of promo coupons to save some money on my next lunch. Every now and again, they’ll surprise you with a «would you like a free cookie with your meal?» Or, «here’s a free drink for coming in today.»
Quickest way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, right? Well, I’m breaking up with the «other» location that I had been visiting. This is officially my go-​to Subway now.

This Subway is super clean and always has fresh ingredients. This review however is for the girl who always seems to make my sandwiches. She is extremely nice and professional. When I eat in the restaurant (which I have like 3 or 4 times), she is always working. She is either making customers sandwiches, cleaning table tops, or sweeping. I just wanted to give her a shout out and show her that I appreciate her keeping this Subway so clean because I love to eat lunch here on my lunch breaks. So if you work at Subway off Iron Point Road and you have a short blonde pony tail, with a slight accent, thank you. You rock!

Very friendly and helpful staff /​owner. They made suggestions on sandwiches to order and they were great! We’ve gone back 3 times in the last month. Easy in and out, close to theaters and outlet stores. Nice to see small business with great customer service and value!

One of the better subways I have been to. Ingredients seemed more fresh here.
We got a footlong tuna sub and a 6″ sriracha chicken sub. And the owner was so nice to give us 2 large cookies for free! If that is not awesome for a fast food place, I don’t know what is. Overall highly recommend this subway.

Ok one might think Subway’s are all the same but they are not. Loved this new to me location. It is clean and the décor is Subway with a boost. The overall feel is nicer. There is a section of two cushy chairs to relax, nicely lit tables, a couple of half booths– really roomy feel. Like Alex C. said in his review, they definitely skimp on meat at Subway and I feel this location in particular does. They are equal opportunity skimpers because they did it with the veggies and napkins too. They forgot my «free» cookie too. I think they are in max cost saving mode. That said, the employees were friendly and parking is a breeze. it is close to the Folsom outlets, movie theaters, and hotels like Hilton Garden and Larkspur Landing. It is off the Folsom Blvd exit in Folsom on Ironpoint. I have driven into Folsom and missed it but was glad to discover it. It would be rated higher (5 stars for a sandwich shop) if they weren’t so tight with the ingredients.

have been going to Subway restaurants for many years. At this location which closes at 9:00 P.M. I went to recently and walked in at 8:45 P.M.-made a point to not get their too late, walked in and their was a darker middle eastern or asian looking girl working on an order for two middle eastern lookin women, she said «are you with them?» I said no I’m not wherein she replied «then we are closed» I said on my way out «that’s not right it’s only 8:50 P.M. we received a phone call from a male with a very strong middle eastern or indian accent which my friend couldn’t comprehend what he was saying, I dialed the number back using caller I.D. and a girl answered –I said a man just called our phone and would like to know who it is and she said «that was the owner and he was trying to call an Afghan restaurant, i’m not at a restaurant but I know this number is for Subway at Iron Point Rd. from seeing the number when I posted my on-​line Subway customer comment then hung up the phone and saw it on caller ID. I called the number right back and a male who said he was the owner answered and said he was not trying to call an Afghan restaurant as the girl said to me and that the incident from the other night I experienced there would not happen again, I told him it felt like this was discrimination. He said he was sorry –she is a new girl and would be sending me some coupons for food there. It’s been a week and have received no coupons, I have sent a comment to
again and wrote «have not received any coupons and don’t know if I would use them anyway or return to that store which is another establishment owned by an indian or arab most likely muslim like most in this geographic area, anyway after that treatment and consider this experience discriminatory toward me. Have since not received any more correspondence from iron point Subway or corporate

I’ve never been a big fan of Subway but I was at a catered lunch today and it was good. For mass produced food it was pretty good. I have to give Subway some credit for these sandwiches.

I love the Subway on Iron Point, it’s right down the street from my work & they’re always so fast getting the sandwiches made and me out of the building (maybe it’s me?). Anyway, I appreciate their friendly staff, their clean building and the beautiful waterfall outside. The sandwiches are always fantastic. My only concern, the speeding drives in the parking lot! Some lady almost took me out today & she had a kid in the car! Ahh, oh well! Love the Subway, my co-​workers & I frequent alot!

Went there again today. Ordered a foot long and said out loud I might get hungry later. The sandwich crater then asked do you want me to wrap them separately. AWESOME! Also, they give a free cookie with purchase every Monday and Friday! I still am so impressed with their manners! Always saying Thank you! Love this place!

Today I had been to Iron point subway. it just sucks. Person I guess an india preparing the sandwich is a moran. he didn’t do my sandwich well, he throwed some veggies .put his face as if i was there bothering him. their customer interaction sucks. I never go to this place again in my life.

This is the newest Subway around my place. I have gone there more then 5 – 6 times. Its really clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and quality/​quantity both are good.
