Order taker was super rude and short. Order took forever to be ready. Wasn’t given a receipt or asked if I wanted one.

This is the best Taco Bell ever. They are always very nice. The service is fast. I always make revisions/​changes to my order and they always do them right. Other Taco Bells screw it up almost every time. I highly recommend them!

Joey is seriously the best ever! So sweet today and helpful answering questions. Had to let everyone know!

Shout out to Joey and the phenomenal team he was working with tonight. Came in abruptly with slight (major) frantic; needing a quick bite to go before I headed off to my softball game down the road. I asked what we could whip out and quickly get my team mate and I back on the road. After covering the multitude of options, I made my selection, then he did a holler back to the team as I was still working on my change, and within what felt like seconds I had my burrito, sauce, napkins, and [without asking] a water cup as to «hydrate» before the big game.
Thoroughly enjoyed the enthusiasm of the team over here and would return without question.
Rock on, taco mates.

Standard Taco Bell
This location matches up pretty well against other Taco Bells and fast food places in the area.
Service is okay — the typical indifferent type of fast food greeting and attention, which is fine.
They keep the line moving pretty well.
They have gotten my order correct the times I have been here.
The location looks pretty clean.

Let’s be honest, It was between Adelbertos and Taco Bell and though Adelbertos wins EVERY TIME hands down… Taco Bell was closer. Location. Location. Location.
This Taco Bell has been around for YEARS! Like since I was 15… and I’m 291! They’ve had their ups-​and-​downs but for the most part, and compared to other Taco Bells/​Fast Food they’re A-​OK.
Clean, and fast service. It’s smack between Folsom and El Dorado Hills so the clientele is pretty much white suburbia/​snot rich kids but for a quick cheap burrito… you know what your getting here. ;D

The last time I ate here I got extremely sick from a nacho’s bell grande. Never liked taco bell much anyway, but will never go back to any Taco Bell even in a moment of weakness.

They can’t get an order right, so I end up wasting my money on something I don’t want. I hate it when that happens! I understand it’s Taco Bell but they could still do a good job on food preparation and service if they tried.

So we all know it’s Taco Bell and not to expect too much. However this store in particular seems to be the worst in the area for speed and accuracy. On two separate occasions the time from order to food ready was over 10 minutes, both times the store wasn’t busy. Unusually slow service.

I don’t mean to complain but this Taco Bell just plain sucks. Out of the two times I’ve been there they have managed to screw up twice. One time they didn’t give me my full order, another time they took the order wrong and didn’t read it back to me and already charged me. The punk kid in the window never said his, thank you or bye. They have no monitor to see if the order was placed correctly and they don’t read it back to you. Whoever is managing needs to change it up or this place hopefully will go under. Get your shit together please.

It’s taco bell… but this location makes more mistakes than any other. It’s not Mexican or American… it’s just Taco Bell. They offer gimmicky things that offer the same Taco Bell tastes. Just get what’s cheap at midnight to settle the alcohol that’s in your stomach. Taco Bell will always be there for you.

Only saving grace are the friendly employees and relatively cheap price for a fast food place. The soft tacos were not good, did not like whatever sauce was put on it. No problems at this time with a gnat infestation, as mentioned in earlier review.

My co-​worker and I went there for lunch and every couple of seconds we were swatting in front of our faces at the gnat infestation that is an apparent problem there. Wont be going back there, not clean enough.

So much better than the Taco Bell in El Dorado Hills. The employees are nice and the food is priced cheaper.

Eh, it’s Taco Bell. I’m not exactly expecting a five-​star dining experience. I generally know what I’m getting myself into when I order from here. I want cheap, guilty, pseudo-​Mexican fast food. And Taco Bell is usually a spur of the moment, last minute impulse decision if I happen to be near one and if I happen to be hungry and broke. However, the thing that I HATE HATE HAAAAATE about this location is that 90% of the time that I’ve gone through the drive-​thru here they get my order wrong! Either I end up with something completely random in my bag or they forget a good portion of what I ordered. When I come through here ordering a ton of value menu stuff for a group of hungover people (myself included), returning back to my destination and discovering that most of my order never made it into my bag is beyond aggravating. Food is alright, nothing particularly special about it, but please be sure to triple check your order before you drive off. It will save you a ton of aggravation.

First off, the prices are higher than the one on E. Bidwell… the portion sizes smaller as well… the breaking point however is that both the hub and I had an upset stomach after eating here yesterday. Not food poisoning necessarily but our bellys both hurt last night… not good… probably won’t go back for quite a while…

I love crunchy tacos! Yummy! Only downer for this Taco Bell, since it’s in a residential district, they have to close by 10 on the weekdays! I got here at 9:58 p.m. !! whewwwwwwwwwwww!!!

this taco belll is just lik any other taco bell. the food’s ok. its just the people tht go there. some are gangsters and some homeless. when our family goes there to get a quick bite to eat we are scared just to go in at the site of those people. other ways the foods fine.
