The Lab

Made an appointment online prior to arriving so I didn’t wait long at all. The lady that helped me was super friendly and very quick. I was in and out in less than ten minutes!

I loved my experience… I went there on a friday morning for a blood draw which I hate to do, I was really dehydrated and had to come back later but the lady who drew my blood tried both arms before that and she was such a professional it didn’t leave the smallest mark. I drank a lot and came back in the afternoon and the same lady who then told me her name was mary, took my blood and even explained the procedure to me cause I’m paranoid about needles… she was so nice and professional and the clinic was really clean. I’m happy it wasn’t a busy hour though cause there was only one of her to run the whole place… other than that I felt super comfortable and didn’t feel the smallest pain. loved her!

Failed to send lab work needed for procedure, when clinic called they then faxed the wrong report.
Unsat.

Another test for my allergies, but this one can be only done at this lab?
Anyway, this lab was only staffed by one person so good thing she wasn’t swamped with patients. It seems that she could easily get backed up.
But she was friendly and even, cheerfully called my doctor’s office when she had a question on the lab form.
