I ended up going to this store because the one near my house had closed down. My reason for visiting was to do a switch-over of my son’s damaged iPhone to another identical one we had.
There were two associates inside. Another lady walked in at the same time I did, and we were both acknowledged and helped right away.
The associate who helped me was friendly, and the overall transaction (switch-over of SIM card) went smoothly. I also ended up buying some accessories for the phone, which he also did a good job of recommending. I would return to this store for future transactions.

After reading the previous reviews I was skeptical to visit this location but was pleasantly surprised! I talked to several of the business owners around them and they said things have really turned around since new management stepped in. They are open on time every day and I received beyond exceptional customer service. The associates were very professional and happy to help with all of my needs. The manager, Ryan, helped me out personally in store and made me feel very valued. A+++ I recommend them to everyone I know now!

Came in this location after a friend referred me since the other location closest to me on Iron Point Road is always packed and the customer service is sub par. Right away the entire staff greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. I worked with a representative named Courtney and I was seriously stunned with how amazing she was! Not only did she look into my account and help me save money, when I was considering leaving Verizon, but she also made the transition of getting a new phone seamless. If you want the most amazing customer service come here! I will definitely be coming here again! :))

DON’T GO HERE! Not that it matters if you do because they probably won’t be open. First of all they have a sign taped over their old business hours posting that they now open at 10:30 instead of 10:00, like most normal businesses. I got there at 10:15 (on a Monday) because it says they open at 10:00 online. On top of that I waited for 45 minutes and they STILL did not open at 11:00. Three more customers came and went while I waited. The UPS man came with a delivery for them and he said the store is typically not open when it says it is.
