Older Manager lady is extremely RUDE! She gave us attitude as well as another lady with her husband and child. Just drive to the next Bakers. We will not be returning.

I really wish I could give this bakers 0 stars. Every single time I come they are so rude. I love bakers but they really need to get friendlier staff. I know it’s not easy to work in the food industry but don’t take it out on me I’m not making you work here.

I think what made me upset during this visit, I was sitting here eating and just observing, fist off my not so big nachos were just messy it looked like they threw it in the box and shook it up, the girl bringing the guy in font of me some napkins was flat rude he says Thank you Desteny is her name replies whatever under her breath thinking she wasn’t heard but I heard. Make me happy and comfortable I come back happy to spend my money but with these kind of people working no thanks take my business else where

This store has gone down hill. The staff is rude especially the woman with the short blondish hair btw she never has a hair net and her hair is always just hanging down. In the older lady with the red hair she’s extremely rude I think she might be the manager. The bakers on Cedar in Valley is much nicer. This is another one of those places where you have to beg for taco sauce napkins salt catchup they’re just very very stingy.
Just decided to give it a try and as I wait at the drive window I watch in disgust as the employee named Octivo, reached into my fries barehanded and threw some back into the pan. He then proceeded to tell me off. I asked for my money back and left. What a piece of work.

My parents favorite breakfast place… drive thru has the BEST staff… they take great care of my folks! The Monterey Egg sandwiches are the item of choice, on wheat makes it decently better for them.
Personally I’ve tried a few other options but… can’t take the FAST outta FAST Food!
Location is rocky off the fwy, great access!

3 stars because I love the food here most times, i have recently stopped going because i found a hair in my burger. Eww so i have to get over it haha. Other than that service sucks. They are always miserable here. I don’t get it. Oh and don’t even think of complaining because they give you attitude. They DO NOT appreciate customers here and realize hmmmm if no one would buy food here we’d be out of a job. Oh and these kids that work here have literally tried fighting with my friend at the drive through window because our cheeseburger wasn’t in our bag. Get it together Bakers Employees

The food is fantastic but their customer service is terrible! The manager came out and yelled at us saying our order was right when we asked where the double burger was.

For the amount of money I pay for a papa meal my burrito should have way more meat in it! It looked like a freakn 99cent burrito! It If I keep getting burritos that look like this, I will stop eating here, which is disappointing because I love bakers. I could gone to a restaurant for a few dollars more! Smh!

Great food and service every time. Someone greets you as you walk in with a warm welcoming smile. Inside is always well kept and clean. They will being your food to you which is nice. The food is always freshly cooked.

I have been coming here for years at least twice a week! Cheap and the people are nice. They do charge $ 25 cents for refills so always do the power size plus 1 pound of the amazing fries.

This bakers sucks, but thats Fontana for you. It seems like the more ghetto this city gets the more ghetto the restraunts become. The service at bakers is good but the food sucks. The burger taste like shoe leather, the fries were soggy AF and they never give enough ketchup on the drive thru.

I have been here a few times and the burgers are pretty decent but this morning I went for breakfast through the drive-​thru and wanted a breakfast burrito with bacon… they don’t have bacon but they did have egg and chorizo (hey…it’s Fontucky what do you expect?)
I could barely taste the chorizo and the so called hot or should I call it not hot sauce didn’t add to the flavor so I ate a couple bites and threw the rest away.
