Juan Pollo

Been coming here for years. The chicken is like no other. The marinade is very tasty. The wings end up nice and crispy, and they’re addicting!
The potato salad is very different. The potatoes are much like the consistency of chunky mashed potatoes. There are finely diced olives and shredded carrots in the salad. Most people either love it or hate it. I’m in the LOVE camp! Sometimes I stop just to grab a container of potato salad to go with whatever I’m making at home.
The chicken seems a lot moister these days than it did years ago, which is a good thing. That was my only complaint back then, was that it would tend to be a bit on the dry side. I like the white meat, so dry chicken can be a problem.
The lunch special is a great deal– 6.99 for two pieces of chicken, rice, potato salad, tortillas, salsa and a drink. Add $ 1 to get all white meat and you get two breasts with the wings still attached. Can easily feed two for lunch. You can get the lunch special anytime of the day, even at dinner time.

I’ve always loved their chicken. It’s so tender and has this distinct lime flavor (which I absolutely enjoy).
Their sides, I’m a huge fan of their rice (because it has even more chunks of chicken) and their mashed potatoes/​potato salad.
Juan Pollo chicken is the real «finger, lickin’ good» chicken.

I love the taste of Juan Pollo’s fresh, clean tasting and healthy food. The portions are large enough to share so, split the bill with a friend and you’ll both enjoy a great meal. The bean & cheese burrito and the chicken tacos are my favorites. I also opt for the beans, tortillas and a corn on the cob for a healthier side every now and then but the rice and potato salad is really good too.

Hands down the best potato salad! THE BEST!!! I love the chicken also. To me it tastes even better the next day. My family has been coming here for years and they never disappoint!

I usually eat here all the time, and they have awesome food! But recently I’m not so sure about the quality. Yesterday I ordered Juan Pollo chicken with beans, rice and corn tortilla yesterday and ate it for dinner. It tasted great! However a few hours later I felt really bloated and slightly queasy. I ignored it as it went away by the end of the evening.
However tonight I finished off the rest of my meal and I don’t feel good at all. I felt very bloated again and very queasy, much more pronounced than yesterday. I haven’t been sick yet (and hopefully I won’t be) but there is no denying I don’t feel well after I eat here. It might just be me because my mom felt fine after eating, but she has an iron stomach.
Anyway, the food taste great, but I’m not guaranteeing you’ll feel great after eating.

Went here with a coupon from their website. Great thing is you don’t need to print it, just show it on your smartphone. Deal is for 2 chickens with tortillas and their awesome salsa for only $ 15.99. You can’t go wrong with this place. I grew up eating their stuff and can’t get enough of it. Sadly there isn’t one really close to me. So if I’m in an area that has it, I must get it. Chicken is so juicy and flavorful. I wish I could figure out the seasoning so I can make it myself. You can taste lime, after that I can’t identify anything else. Now to the salsa, go for the hot one. It’s super fresh tasting and that kick is great on the chicken. If I could give this place 10 stars, than I would.
