This place has decent food, unfortunately the service is horrendous! I’ve given this place plenty of chances. Tried eating in and also take out– the worse is take out! Today was the topper. If and when you order, DOUBLECHECK your order!!! I repeat– DOUBLECHECK it!!! My order tonight was 4TOSTADAS de camaron and also ordered chips and salsa. So why is it that when I get home, my tostadas are nowhere in sight!!! I proceeded to call them and the girls response was«you ordered chips and salsa so I assumed you don’t want the tostadas.» What the heck?! Why the heck would you assume that I don’t want it, if I didn’t specifically say I don’t need it!!! What an idiot!!! Grrrrrrrrrr.

All I can say is everyone needs to check their change… just 15 min ago my wife went in to buy 2 shrimp cocktails and the waitress straight tried to jack $ 20 …my wife gave payment of $ 100 to manager then he gave money to waitress to make change for my wife. Waitress comes back with money in hand and says oh I owe you 10 cents… so why she gets the 10 cents my wife counts the money and says this is not right, the Waitress says yes $ 71 and change… my wife’s say in front of the manager this isn’t $ 71 …then all of a sudden. The Waitress say oh yeah right and pulls out $ 20 from her apron, why the hell would you have a $ 20 bill in your apron when you handed my wife change from around the lil wall where register is and handed it straight to her hand… this is some shady BS… yes their food is good but how many more people have lost money thinking their getting change from honest restaurant personell.

We usually love this place… my wife ordered a Margarita and they served it in a beer glass. She was looking forward to one all day. The one at costco taste better. We usually love this place but it is not tasting or presenting itself very well lately. Service as always was good. Disappointed.

We have been here A few times. Each time we go the food is excellent. This last time we went the waitress recommended a Mango margarita. It was so good I had to share– it had chamoy and tajin. We went and it was happy hour and the Margarita was huge and was only five bucks and it was bomb so I highly recommend this place if you’d like a fruity spicy tangy cocktail!

WORSTPLACEEVER! The service was terrible waitress took forever to get our drinks when she brought our chips and salsa forgot the napkins, when she brought our plates forgot my silverware I had to get up and get it. Then when I get to my table the my fork and knife were dirty. The waitress wouldn’t even come near our table to see if we needed anything. WORSTSERVICEEVERDONOTCOMETOTHISPLACE…

Worst place ever! Waitresses are so unprofessional. They don’t know what kind of beer they have… Serves flat soda to us even knowing it’s bad but never said a word about it so we could make another choice! The place is dirty! We got up and left!!! Never again!

Oh my this food is good. I started with salsa and chips and the salsa was so good I ordered salsa to take home. This salsa was really fresh and crisp and tangy. It had fresh tomatoes, crispy vegetables and pieces of crab blended into the salsa. I had shrimp wrapped in bacon(the pig was crispy :) and delicious rice and beans. John, Laura and Becona were the best staff ever. They made you feel like you were the only person in the restaurant but the place was full. Oh yeah, they have huge, huge shrimp cocktail. I’m going again and again. They also have American and Mexican breakfast very reasonable. This is my Thursday Lunch Hotspot because payday is tomorrow. Holla!

Came for dinner on 7/17, almost immediately received chips and salsa when we were seated and our server brought more when she came to take our drink order. My child had the kids cheese quesadilla dinner with rice and beans and my hubby and I had the shrimp cocktail. It wasn’t the best seafood I’ve ever had but the flavor of the juice was good and the shrimp were plenty! My son enjoyed his too. The pricing was reasonable and the Michelada’s are good. I was impressed with the service as it was fast and friendly. There were also two younger employees walking around checking on everyone in between. Would definitely come back!

New to area, 1st time customer, arrived for breakfast at round 11:45am. The chips and salsa were delish. The salsa has crab meat which compliments the taste. Five in my party; ordered aguachiles, pozole, fish soup, albondigas, quesadilla and chicken strips for the young ones. Not one bad dish. Aguachiles are incredible, addicting actually!!! All of us were pleased. The servers took a bit to come to our table but because of morning rush, no biggie. The pozole was tender and abundant as was the fish soup. All in all, very pleased.

Excellent service. The salsa is so good. The chips are light and crispy. The tripe in the menudo is cooked to perfection, not gummy. The quantity of guacamole and sour cream is generous on both the taquito plate and taco salad. The atmosphere does not have a fish smell at all. A definitive plus! You won’t be disappointed.

I have been frequenting this place for a few months now and I absolutely looooove it. The environment is very family friendly and the food selection is huge! I love the botana the pescado YUM!!! Service is great and the bartenders make some amazing drinks. This place is a hidden gem in Fontana. I recommend it for anyone. Once you try it you will become a regular. :)

*Came in for a bite to eat with my family the other day for my nephews bday, very nice and clean the inside makes you feel like you’re at the bottom of the ocean haha literally theirs fish tanks everywhere full of tropical fish the art and décor is super over the top but in a good way *Good service you start off with some complimentary chips and salsa, very fresh tasting *I ordered a mincheladas with Modelo negra, made perfectly. good beer selection mostly Mexican imports *price wise this place is pretty fair nothing was crazy over priced just right I ordered a tostada a minchelada and a large shrimpcocktail for my girl and it came out to around $ 20 which I think is good because seafood any where is pricy but this place is is good on the pockets *everything we ordered was good even the hot food because my sister doesn’t eat seafood so she ordered the chicken burrito which was huge and filled with meat and avocado the shrimp cocktails were packed my tostada was delicious I like that they have all the sauces at my table to add more if I please(Tapatio, Ketchup, fish sauce) *I really liked this place I’ll for sure be back to try their aguachiles

HORRIBLESERVICE!!! Ordered food to go and they made it incorrect, when we called and asked to have it made correctly the lady would not, instead she argued that we were wrong… instead of displaying good customer service and making the customer happy or even displaying professionalism, she kept cutting us off and eventually decided to hang up the phone on us! Every time we place an order to go they get it WRONG! Take an extra few minutes and drive to the next Las Playas down the street on foothill.

The food is great its a shame the service is not. A young Waitress took a very long time to get our drinks then an even longer time delivering our food only to shortened our order after waiting 45mins, and her response was«sorry i was busy» its a shame cause we been here on 4 other occasions and everything was great. We will probably back again however we will request another server!

I’ve past by this place a «gazillion» times & always wanted to stop. For one reason or another I’ve never made it out here until now. My experience was very pleasant & I was extremely satisfied with the taste of my food. Growing up mom’s accustomed me to eating my shrimp cocktail’s warm. Up until a couple of years ago I found out that shrimp cocktails are meant to be served cold… go figure, lol. When I ordered the shrimp cocktail I asked my waitress if I could request it warm & she gladly obliged. It was love at first sight!!! NOT with the waitress my food!!! It was served in a huge cocktail glass with chunks of shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and other goodies. It was brought out with some crackers & a few limes. I was on cloud nine. It also had the perfect temperature just like I requested. I was surprised that this place wasn’t crowded being a Friday night. From the outside I pictured this restaurant similar to «Pancho Villas» on Sierra & Valley in Fontana, «puro pinche pari» with people at the bar, loud music, dimmed lights, but it’s not. It’s just a simple place that makes great shrimp cocktails, has a small bar, and aquarium tanks for the kids. I look forward to coming back and trying some of their other seafood dishes.
