This location is one of the worst locations. If you go late night, be sure to take cash since that is all they accept late night. Also be prepared to be there 20 to 30 minutes since they are incredibly slow.

The night/early morning crew here is so nice. I think that some people come here with unrealistic expectations. It’s cheap and(typically) very fast food so it’s going to be popular and waits will be a bit longer sometimes. Y’all expecting million dollar service at the dollar menu establishment.

I don’t eat a lot of fast food but I came here this morning for coffee and an egg sandwich and was completely surprised at how amazing their customer service was from taking my order to giving me my food. I had to even tell the girl how surprised I was at their customer service. Great job to this team here! They give McDonalds service a 5star! And my coffee and sandwich were delish :)

Ordered 2 Big Mac meals and once we arrived home to eat the meals, we realized that the buns on the burger are stale. So many millions and they’re serving stale food! Never eating at a Mc Dowels again!

Carlita is rude as fuck. Not sure why she is wear a white shirt which normally indicates she is manger on duty. She was doing the drive thru and asked ‘how can I help you’ I placed my order and she said ‘next window’ as I payed she did not smile once! I was NOT ‘LOVINIT’

I don’t understand how a FAST food place can take 10 mins + giving you your food in the drive thru when you’re the only one there. This has happened more than once and I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it keeps happening so I’m over it.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I have to come here a lot because it’s by my house. Every time they take long or something is missing from my bag the people are always slow even now they got my oatmeal wrong and it wasn’t even busy

Ordered the new Sirloin burger and waited 10 mins. I had to go check on my food. The manager at the time Justine said she would check. I asked what the problem was and had no answer. I asked again and I got an eye roll and an attitude that time. Finally got my food with another dose of negativity. On a positive note the burger was good.

I had a gross cutie with some hard to the cutie slim looking thing gross. I know they don’t make them but I called had to go back a they manager Sandra gave my kiddos a free meal it was great gross cutie but she wasn’t difficult with me

If this McDonalds wasn’t so close to home I would probably omit this place as one of my go to’s. I give them two stars because they are always friendly but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone here to get a large fry and somehow I end up with a medium and when I do get the large I would have been better off ordering a medium since the large is only filled half way. The fries are sometimes twice cooked meaning they’re stale but hot. I only come here for 2 things fries and apples because it’s my sons favorite so it really irks me when I get home to find that the 2 bags of apples I ordered are nowhere to be found and I can tell you this has happened more than once.

I’m writing this will waiting at the drive thru. They guy taking our order must be new because his struggled so much to punch in our order right on the screen. Very slow and it’s just cars five cars It’s been 30 freaking minutes. Would not recommend. Update: They got the order WRONG. Never again

This place is a hot hot mess! They NEVER get my order correct and the food I do get is normally cold and disgusting. It seriously pisses me off to no end when they as you to park. If I wanted to park and wait for my food I’d go to a drive in. The only decent review for this place is obviously written by an employee or friend(because who actually likes being upsold?) I’m seriously so over this place. I’d rather drive down the street an extra 5 miles from my house than deal with this location. GETITTOGETHER.

This McDonald’s sucks, they always screw up our orders. Probably 1⁄10 times there won’t be an issue. If your gonna go hear check your order. I’m over this place will only go back as a last resort and need food quick

Today was not a good experience at this Mc Donald’s drive-thru. As I pulled up there was only 1 car ahead of me ordering at the speaker. I waited a few minutes longer than usual and also noticed the gentleman in his car was just sitting there and didn’t seem to be ordering. Finally he pulled through and I pulled up to the order speaker. Right away I could hear the lady through the speaker laughing. I was asked if I wanted to try the Chocolate Chip Frappé to which I answered«no» and ordered the Mocha Frappé, and she put up a Caramel Frappé on the order screen. I corrected her and continued with my order which included chicken nuggets for my daughter and chocolate chip cookies. I was asked if I wanted BBQ sauce to which I replied, «yes». When I picked up my order I did not check it.(Bad move.) I was handed only my food and was asked if I had any drinks. I told the lady I was waiting for a Mocha Frappé. Once I got that, I went home and discovered there was no BBQ sauce, no napkins(a must with a 1 year old!) and I was given sugar cookies(gross) instead of chocolate chip cookies. Instead of coming home to enjoy lunch with my daughter I got held up trying to complete a survey for a «Chance to win $ 1000» I went to the website provided on the back of the receipt( ) but was unable to start up the survey because the Store #(required to fill out the survey) was illegible. I tried a few # combos to no avail, so I decided to call the # provided(800−530−4303) rather than go online. Since the phone survey also required a store # I was unable to complete it that way also. I decided to call up the actual store to get the store # to complete the survey but whoever answered(a man) didn’t know off hand and asked someone else in the background. He fired off some wild 6 digit # and said«Goodbye!!» and hung up on me. I called back to say that I was hung up on but I was hung up on again! I called a 3rd time and someone else answered(a man) and he didn’t know the store # either. He asked someone else and I was then told the store # was 5409. I tried that # online and also by phone and was told it was invalid on both accounts. I was actually given a # from the recorded message to call if the store # wasn’t working. I called 800−467−0047 to report the problem and was told that store# was invalid and that the store was not even participating in the survey.(?!) I was so frustrated by this point I asked for a corporate # to voice a complaint and was given 800−244−6227. I called that # and started in with my complaint and before I was finished the lady interrupted with yet another # for me. I told her I was not finished and continued with the whole story adding that it was a circus for me to even get to her! When I was done giving her my feedback of my recent experience, she asked me if I had dined in or went to the drive –thru??? Apparently she didn’t listen at all! Then she asked me if I had told the manager. Seriously? So she truly did not listen ATALL. Tell the manager? No, but I called around 23423 #‘s, does that count? She finally took down my information, address, phone number, etc. Let’s see what happens next. I also have to add that I come here a few times a week and typically do not run into any such problems and receive decent service. Today there was a lady taking the drive thru orders that I’d NEVER seen before. She must have been new, doesn’t care at all about her job and should be replaced soon.
