McDonald’s

The place is whatever, but tonight they messed up our order, so I called and the person in charge just asked us for our receipt. We showed up with it and the replaced our order and added a little extra. I really appreciate what they did.

Usual McDonald’s. Spicy chicken sandwich tastes really good. It was actually spicy. Diet Coke didn’t taste like diet though. I wonder if they made a mistake?
Interior appeared clean, but the bathroom was filthy. One stall had no toilet seat covers. After washing my hands, I was not able to dry my hands. Very annoying.

This location sucks so bad. I was floored when I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and that brain dead girl at the drive thru handed me a plain hamburger. I told her that wasn’t what I ordered and she said oh okay I know what you want. She adds onion and ketchup to the hamburger and gives it to me again. I then proceeded to ask her, if they still even sold a grilled chicken sandwich? Because it’s on their menu. She looked at me dumbfounded and went and got another little girl who was supposed her manager. That girl went and supposedly fixed the right sandwich and wrapped it up and I knew it wasn’t right. I asked her what is this now? She said I don’t know, I can’t open it. So I lost my cool and told them that they fuckin suck and drove off. I wish I would have chucked my burger at her head to knock some sense into her.

Drive through is usually very dirty. Menu items are missing for example hot McCafe drinks are not on the drive-​thru menu. This location is not in the best neighborhood but it’s close to Kaiser hospital so more pride should be taken on appearance. Business has to be good enough to afford someone to keep the drive-​thru clean and update the menu.

Terrible. Just terrible. Every time I’ve gone. Terrible staff, orders are almost always wrong, slowest drive thru in the entire milky way galaxy. I truly hate this place now and will tell anyone who will listen to avoid it at all cost

They are pretty average and my favorite to order is the smoothies and they have an average price

I just ordered an oatmeal to go and they forgot to add hot water. I just have a bowl of dry oats. Wtf

Being pan handled in the drive through. All while employees are working outside some 20 ft from them. McDonalds has now hit rock bottom.
Those employees working outside were guys, who after bit went inside and had a female employee deal with the pan handlers. Seriously guys?!
Anyways, they got my order right. Which is about the only positive thing I have to say about this experience.

Omg the slowest drive thru! Decided to get breakfast only way to work. Big mistake. Now going to be late.

This mcdonalds is a joke… please be aware of those fake reviews you see here… is it just me but in recent years the fried foods in mcdonalds have a bitter taste… the girl in the drive thru said they change their oil every 2 weeks… how gross is that? Why do these people think they deserve 15 per hour… for crappy service really? They might as well charge gratuity up front like some thai food places I know. hint hint…

Went through the drive-​through with my boyfriend. Got two caramel iced coffees. The worst coffee I have ever had in my entire life. So disgusting, McDonald’s should be ashamed of having opened an institution this disgusting. To say that one would enjoy McDonald’s on Valley and Sierra, would be a disgrace to the McDonald’s franchise. The coffee was watery and tasted like chemicals.

This location is an average McDonald’s. I’ve never had a bad experience, but I have also always only gone through the drive-​through. My food has come out fast and correct and they haven’t got my order wrong. I wouldn’t say it’s exceptional service, but I guess I’m not expecting very much since it’s just fast food. Also in my experience the drive-​through line is pretty quick. Only issue is that it’s on a busy corner right next to Kaiser, so it sometimes is hard to get out of the parking lot. No outdoor seating, indoor and drive-​through only.

Not much to say. I ordered an iced coffee. The line went by quick. It was cheap. I got exactly what I wanted. End of story.

This is the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. I have gone there many times at different times of the day. I don’t mean to be have right to use the golden arches… This location should be shut down it represents all of the opposite of what McDonald’s is… McDonalds please shut it down dear Miss representing the company went there at 3 a.m. And still took almost 15 minutes to get my food and I happen to have been lucky that day s my suggestion don’t go there. …

Today’s date is 10−23−14 I got a happy meal for my 5year old girl, the milk expired 10−22−14 the yogurt expired 10−3−14 the BBQ sauces expired 10−1−14

If you want cold food. Then this place is for you. Worst McDonalds location I have ever been to. This is the closest one to my house but Y U C K. Save your money and go somewhere else. Ordered two sausage egg make muffins and a large coke. The muffins were cold and stale tasted like they were prepared and cook hours before. So disgusting that you’d rather just throw them away then take one single bite.

Specifically asked for fresh fries and got the complete opposite, and this is not the first time, we have made several complaints

This McDonalds has the worst service. They CONSISTENTLY mess up orders and are rarely friendly. If it wasn’t so close to work I’d never go here again. I’ve tried contacting the franchise owner and they never respond. Evidentially their concerns are with profit but not customer satisfaction. #mcdonalds #McCrummy #McJoke

I think this is the most horrible McDonald’s on the planet!
First lets speak on the location, you cant even get out of their parking lot without nearly getting killed, the traffic is horrible. Second, they get your order wrong 7 out of 10 times. When you call in management is hesitant to believe the order was made wrong. Finally when you return to get your order replaced no one believes you!
The manager says they will write your name down along with the item they promise to replace and make right the 2^nd time and when you go in, no one knows what your talking about!!! They stare at you with obvious ignorance. The managers really need to get a class in etiquette and learn to communicate better with a customer.

Seriously. How does a McDonald’s have all 1-​stars? Oh. That’s why.
My dad and I were just stopping by for coffee. The first issue that they had was that they were said they don’t do $ 1 iced mochas here that they’ve done at Every Single McDonald’s I’ve Been To Ever. Then they had a set ‘Senior Coffee’ size (tiny) for my dad. Usually they just take off a certain amount from each size but they said they only had one size here.
To actually order took some time, then while we were ordering (only one guy at the register), a rather large line accumulated behind us because our register guy was really flustered. He had to keep referring back to this manager who was incredibly rude and the only conclusion that I could come up with was that this must be what a corporate/​franchise divide must be? I don’t know, but I figure the only reason for them getting business is their location. The manager said stuff like ‘I don’t know what kind of McDonald’s you’ve been to but this location here doesn’t do that.’ I wanted to call the number at the bottom of the receipt on the spot but didn’t want to ruin my day doing so.
So I got my coffee beverage, asked for ice, and he handed me a tiny water cup. Thanks bud.
ANYWAY, I’m incredibly thankful that I didn’t order any food here. Cheers to anyone who does (from my tiny cup of ice).
