Love this place my go to for a healthy lunch of an acai bowl and a juice! No complaints!

Nice location and staff, the juice though not sure how freshly squeezed it is since I saw them using a big bottle of apple juice which can be bought from grocery stores. I did not see them punching coconuts to extract juice or cutting carrots, pinneaple, etc. So be aware and ask. Third thought i haven’t seen the word organic on all ingredients, so while you might think it is a healthy choice, you might end up with pesticides in your body and more sugar than you thought from the juices they are using. I will stick with Mother’s market and Whole foods, at least i get exactly what i asked and paid for.

Mmmmm there acaí bowls are the best ! I don’t care what anyone has to say or disagrees, they definitely have the best ones in Orange County! The staff is great and I love how they sell products of their own so you can make some at home to. I can live off of there acaí bowls because they’re that good. Their Seasider is my favorite!

Probably the worst BOH I have been to. Takes way to long to get whatever you ordered even if there is nobody in front of you in line. On top of that, the food is not even that great. Next time, instead of going to this BOH I will be going to the nearest Juice It Up.

What’s not to love about BoH? I’ve been eagerly awaiting the opening of the store on Portola, and I’ve not been disappointed. I’ve tried the North Shore original bowl, the berry smoothie, and the C-​Power juice. All are delicious! In the past, my only complaint had been a lack of nutrition info, but no more! They have nutrition facts about every item now, and I’m so happy that my favorites are still my favorites! They will also customize your order. The staff there is so pleasant and eager to help you make choices. One day, I met the franchise owner and she was very nice to talk to as well. I noticed they recently won at Taste of Lake Forest. Frankly, they don’t have a lot of competition that can even come close. We here in Lake Forest are starving for good quality, healthy alternatives. If you have not tried BoH, you are missing out!

This place is a great place to get fresh organic smoothies. Their service is fairly quick and smoothies taste refreshing. I’ve had several of their drinks including the aloha one. The management here is friendly too. I would recommend this place to any fruit or smoothie lovers in the local area!

After reading the other reviews, it looks like I’m not alone when I say the food is good the service is HORRIBLE!
Example: I order online for a month 5 times a week. That means I was there 20 times, and spent roughly $ 145 for that month.
No exaggeration, everytime I went in there and saw the same service girls and occasionally the airhead mgr. they would look at me with a blank stare and ask how they can help me as if I was a new customer coming in for the first time. Every day I had to tell them I’m Marie here for the pick order.
Here’s the crazy part, it’s going on 3 months and I still see the same girls same mgr. And I still get treated like a stranger.
Today there was no line I walk up to the counter the manager doesn’t even look up at me as she’s playing with the register. Maybe a minute goes by before she acknowledges me and tells me she will be with me in a moment. I stood there for 5mins only to look at her and tell her the same thing I say every day. «I’m Marie, here for the pick up order».
I don’t think I’m anything special or people should just remember me, but I go to Starbucks next door maybe 1 – 2 times a month and I don’t even have to tell them my name because they already know it. I guarantee they have WAY more business than Bowl of Heaven.
As much as I love the product I’ve decided to no longer do business there. I don’t know whose house wife they put in charge but they really need to get a real manager in there soon to turn things around.

I love this place! I’m excited they recently opened a new location that is closer to me. I have enjoyed everything I have ever tried here: bowls/​smoothies/​juices/​misc. products. Everything tastes great and the acai bowls are better than any other place I have tried.

When one moves to SoCal from the Midwest you’re exposed to a whole new level of culinary diversity than ever before. Authentic Mexican, authentic Korean, authentic Vietnamese… amazing!
Although I’d previously b*tched that the food scene in Orange County pales in comparison to Chicago’s (which is still true, sorry), there have definitely been some foodie highlights since my transplantation.
Enter Bowl of Heaven (Aka. Bowl of GET IN MY BELLY RIGHT THE F NOW)
A co-​worker of mine returned from his lunch break last week with an adorable little bowl of what looked to me like oatmeal at first. Upon curious questioning he told me it was an acai bowl. Huh? I mean, I’ve heard of acai but didn’t realize that there were whole franchises devoted to producing this stuff with toppings and ish (a Cali alternative to frozen yogurt?)
«Grab a spoon! Try it!» He says, handing over the bowl.

In my acai trance I probably cut some old ladies off in traffic driving over to Bowl of Heaven in Foothill Ranch. Am I sorry? No. I’m not.
I shoveled down a sunrise bowl with bananas (subbed for the kiwi) and didn’t feel bad one bit.
Oh man, I’m in big trouble. This stuff is not only delicious but healthy… that being said, the regular bowl rings in around $ 7.50. Eesh.
Whomever is savvy enough to plop a BOH franchise in suburban Lululemon-​clad, soccer-​mommy filled Naperville, Illinois is going to blow the doors off the town. Because acai hasn’t graced the great state of Illinois, at least not in the delicious, focused style of Bowl of Heaven. Wish I had a couple hundred G’s laying around to pull it off, but I just bought a house in Huntington Beach. Wah waaaaaah.
Just kidding. The house is amazing :) and so is Bowl of Heaven. #drool
Do yourself a favor and try it if you’re nearby!

I loved the sunset bowl! The staff is very friendly and offered samples while we waited for our order. Had the pumpkin one and can’t wait to try that next!

I love this acai bowl place. They are a little pricey but the fruity and delicious flavor definitely makes it reasonable. I love the sea sider bowl and the paradise smoothie. Gotta be one of my favorite places to go to in OC. :P

I’ve always been a fan of acai bowls. Kind of like a smoothie in a bowl but with great crunchy granola and bananas on top — yum! This place does a great job of it. I’ve been here twice — first time I had the original and then the second time I tried the chocolate peanut butter. I have to say I like the original the best, but the chocolate one was also really good. I just tend to be traditional I guess. It was a good consistency –not too runny. The granola was really good! Great amount of crunch and complements the acai great. The bananas and honey are a perfect touch as well. The regular size is actually really filling so I think from now on I’ll get the smallest one. Our service was good and the place is very clean and nicely decorated.
I have to eat gluten free (Celiac), and everything is gluten free! So nice when that happens. Double check with them if you’re unsure as the menu may change. The woman who took my order was very knowledgeable.

I am a Bowl of Heaven frequent flyer so was naturally glad when this place opened nearby. I haven’t tried a thing that I didn’t like but the Peanut butter bowl is especially top notch à mon avis. My husband really likes the Purple Rain smoothie and I’m always grateful when he’s in the sharing mood. Also, it’s awesome that they have kombucha –that means one less trip to the store for me. Thank you everyone for your friendly customer service. I’ll see you soon :)

Had my first bowl this weekend and I’ll be back soon. It was tasty, healthy, filling and the portion was honestly too big, and I ordered the regular. Can’t wait to work my way through the menu.
As far as the reviews on the service, I think they’ll work that out. From my experience in fast food industry, it’s hard to keep good staff around. This is no throw a burger in a microwave and push 1. Yeah, it’s putting goodies in a blender and pushing a button, but it’s still time consuming. Give these guys a chance and they’ll keep an A team around soon. I was completely happy with the service I received while there, the girls couldn’t have been nicer and the meal was ready in just a few minutes.
Keep it up, look forward to my next bowl.

This is just to let the sweet owner that offered us a free sample of green juice when we last visited. I’m not sure what the policy is for closing, but the hours of operation says open till 7:00pm and wanted to make her aware of our experience
On Friday, October 23, 2015, my daughter and 5 girlfriends decided to walk down to Bowl of Heaven. The door was unlocked, so the 6 of them walked in. There was no one around, but as expected, they were all deciding what to order. The girl working comes out and tells them all they already washed the dishes and can’t serve them. As the 6 girls all walked out, they noticed the time said 7:03pm. Frustrated, disappointed and hungry, walking up the hill on an empty tummy, topic of discussion, they realized that the workers had to start cleaning up before 7:00pm. So unfortunately for the owner, this Bowl of Heaven lost business on 6 orders.
Perhaps if the workers start cleaning the dishes, blenders, etc., at 6:30pm, and refuse to serve after the dishes have been washed, then perhaps they should lock the doors and change the time on the window and website (s) to the close time they are required to quit serving customers.

Came here after ride at Whiting to pick up a quick juice or a Kobucha (the lady at the counter is a big fan of those too) and I loved the place. She service is friendly and quick, the place is really nice and new. They are busier than other locations, their waiting area is always busy and everyone in the back is working and buzzing around.

Love these bowls. Red Zinger and Popeye are my favorite.

Can I just say how ecstatic I am that Bowl of Heaven opened so close to my work… Beyond ecstatic! I have no excuse to miss a dose of sweet and healthy super foods, ever. Extremely bright, little cozy bar and table nook towards the back, a few seats available if dining in and just hanging out for a bit. I can see it could get crowded easily. Getting familiar with their menu now. Can’t wait to try everything on their menu. So far, my go-​to has been their limealicious bowl and their tropicana juice. Super friendly and sweet staff. Great spot to get that healthier kickstart to my day!

I am so excited to see BOH in my neighborhood! I’ve been going to the RSM location for years, but their location wasn’t convenient for morning «before work» pit stops. The peanut butter bowl has always been my favorite, but the sea sider is great for a lighter appetite. I can’t wait for their pumpkin bowl which comes out in the fall. What ever you decide– you won’t be disappointed. Plus– Lorrie the owner is supper nice and welcoming. Picture– small seaside with paleo topping.
