The UPS Store

Smells really bad like someone went to the restroom every time I go there.

I had a great experience at this store yesterday… the staff helped me scan some documents and send them… they are friendly and professional. I will take all of my shipping/​copying needs there from now on… highly recommend!

Fail! new to the area and needed to get something faxed out and mailed. Went to the location at 4pm on Saturday to see a big note that said closing at 4pm today. After i checked the website that said 4:30pm. I don’t like places that don’t value their customers and/​or decide just to close early for no apparent reason whatsoever.

I wont go anywhere else for my shipping needs
The staff is always willing to assist you with a smile — and that makes me smile!

Great location. Fast, efficient and usually not busy. You can get your stuff done in a hurry.

My biggest problem is that ups wanted to charge $ 21 to ship a very small 4″ x 10″ x 8″ box ups ground

Excellent service and friendly staff. Just like Angie M. and Amber B. wrote in previous reviews, the staff at the Foothill Ranch UPS store are good for business!
I called to ask if they could bill my UPS account directly for packing and shipping a piece of art. The person who i spoke with over the phone kindly told me that due to some fraud in the past, most UPS stores cannot bill at the store. They suggested i contact a store in Lake Forest and another in Irvine because they (possibly) still had the software that could connect to UPS and bill my account. Hmm… willing to refer business to another franchise? Wow, that was putting my request as the customer over their own location’s potential revenue. Wow.
I did as they suggested, and called the two locations. My impression though was that both stores could care less. The people who answered at the Lake Forest and Irvine stores were not very friendly and seemed unwilling to go the extra mile for a customer.
Needless to say, I took my shipment to the Foothill Ranch and had them pack and prepare the art piece. It cost me about $ 12 for the box, bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Andrew at the store put it all together and i am confident the package will arrive without any damage. He did a great job.
Scott Shiller (store manager) and Gench Gizer (owner) should be proud of this location. No wonder Angie and Amber had such high praise!

Stopped in here Saturday so a friend could mail a package… we were hoping for a better experience than we had a few weeks ago at Fed Ex, and it was 100% better. Very friendly guy behind the counter, very helpful, quick… awesome!
