I brought in 3 different pieces of clothing and they looked worse from when I first brought them in. Then she wanted me to pay for get terrible dry cleaning service! She was rude and the service was terrible!!!

I was a regular customer and I recently purchased the MVP dry cleaners promotion that includes a punch card of discounts like $ 5 off any order (no minimum) or $ 1 each item. I took in 2 dresses that cost $ 16 to clean.
The store chose to give me $ 1 off each item. I questioned the owner because the promotion card indicates no minimum on $ 5 off any order. The owner came with a lot of lame excuses why she wouldn’t honor the $ 5 off any order.
I called the promotion company and they said they have had problems with this cleaner honoring the promotion.

Nice people, usually no problems but recently they ruined my jacket, it seemed burned by the chemical or something and hard pressed with wrinkles that look very hard to get out… not the kind of quality I’m looking for

DO NOT GO HERE!
I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned because the owner told me «I give you good price»…too good to be true.
Long story short I visited this store a total of 6 times in the process of my dress cleaning, it was never ready when I was told it would be and it still has a mark on the front of the dress. When I confronted the owner she told me «you crazy, you too picky». I should have known, you get what you pay for.
I highly recommend bringing your business elsewhere. I think «she crazy».
