It took several calls to make an appointment but I was seen on time and given two hours of undivided attention. Dr. Chang was highly recommended by my GP and I am much impressed with the care that I received from him. He is an excellent communicator and an outstanding physician. The office is located in a new medical/dental complex with a half-dozen two story buildings.
