Love this office. The people are always so nice. They go out of their way to accommodate you whenever you go in, and if you get there early, they try to see if they can get you in earlier so you don’t have to wait for a long time. Si (I apologize if I did not spell his name correctly) is our favorite person in reception. He is always happy to see us and genuinely seems concerned about any issues we may be having. The doctors and nurses are all nice, friendly, don’t talk down to you, and make you feel you are in good hands.

Everyone is nice except for the male reception named Rueben Moreno. Rudest unprofessional person I have ever met. Be careful if you hold a medicare card because he’ll definitely make you feel like a 2^nd class citizen. I’ve been to other Kaisers and never felt un-​welcomed like this employee made me feel.
I went for my appointment at 11am and he accused me of not having the appointment but, then, he later found it. Doesn’t even apologize. In the midst of it all, he asked why I came to that office and not the other one’s. I said, it’s the earliest appointment I can get. Did it matter? No, I had an appointment. No wonder the whole place is empty if every single person keeps on getting harassed by this individual, why would anyone want to come. I ended up having bronchitis, Thank you Rueben Moreno for delivering the best example of what not to do for sick people. The doctors, nurses, and pharmacy are excellent.
