Hand made waffles, great sandwiches, need I say any more. Give them a try I believe you will like them

Came here for lunch and got the turkey club & side salad for about $ 10. Service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately the sandwich was just ok for me. The lettuce was a bit wilted and the waffles were a little soggy by the time I got them home. I would come back, but only for breakfast.

Looking for a warmed up lunch and a decent waffle then this is the place for you!
Coming here I wasn’t all that sure what I was getting myself into but what I found was as some would call alright and nothing special.
The pulled pork waffle sandwich wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever had and wasn’t the best either as I could totally tell that the pulled pork had been cooked before if not somewhere else and then warmed up and slopped on top of a waffle with some coleslaw that had little flavor.
The waffle itself wasn’t that bad it had a rich kinda sweet flavor to it that made for the better part of the sandwich as it was wayyy better than the pulled pork In-​between it.
The Mac and cheese though wow that was probably the worst I’ve ever had as whole noodles were non existent it basically looked as if someone had taken everything thrown it in a blender then put it on a plate as for the taste it was just all around bad all together as I can tell that it had been frozen or something before because it just didn’t seem right.
The people working here were super nice and very friendly about everything it’s just a bummer that the food didn’t measure up to be anything that great.
With that said I highly doubt I would ever come here again as it was really hard to eat what I got besides the waffle as it was the only part of my meal I somewhat enjoyed.

The food is just ok… it’s just a step above a McDonald’s big breakfast. It tasted like the eggs and sausage was precooked. I’ve come here twice… Saturday and a Sunday morning. From what I can tell this place looks like a family owned business. It looks like they need more employees… the owners and their daughter (?) look like they’re running around with their heads cut off to accommodate their customers. The problem with these locations is that the monthly rent space are outrageous… it makes them unable to hire extra help, so I feel for them. Just be patient with your order. The price is reasonable.

The staff is verry friendly. But every thing seems pre packed and in not verry good smoked salmon had no taste eggs taste like thy are per mad also

I wanted to like this place so much. I love Bruxie, so I thought this would be on the same level. It is most definitely not! The eggs were absolute rubber, the waffles were basically eggos, and the combination of ingredients they choose to serve together is questionable. I got the egg, ham, and swiss cheese sandwich, which was served cold??? It included a pesto sauce (not listed) and lettuce mix that included purple cabbage and carrots. I wouldn’t recommend this place, or return.

Meh, I’ve had better. I ordered the morning platter with bacon. The platter came with waffles, eggs and your choice of meat; ham, sausage, bacon or smoked salmon. The waffles were fluffy, the bacon was crispy but the eggs were so bland and needed salt/​pepper, badly. It literally tasted like the eggs you get from McDonalds breakfast platters. Good thing I had hot sauce at my desk otherwise I wouldnt have been able to eat the eggs. For the price its a decent amount of food but if there is a next time, I will probably opt for a waffle sandwich instead.

Coming out of my long hiatus from Unilocal to write a review. Just had breakfast at this place and am disappointed with their service and not impressed with their food. I ordered the «healthy breakfast» which consists of scrambled eggs, waffle and a fruit cup. First off, I was not expecting the scrambled eggs to be sandwiched in between the waffle. If it’s going to be a sandwich, why not put it under the sandwich section of the menu? Misleading I tell you. Second, if you are going to make a «scrambled egg waffle sandwich», then at least make it so that your waffles aren’t so thin that by the time your food comes out, your waffle isn’t soggy! Who likes soggy waffles??? Third, this may be personal preference, but please get better ketchup. That may help mask the taste of the flavorless eggs.
Now, moving onto the real reason why I am writing my first Unilocal review in almost 4 years. What transpired after … I FOUND HAIR DEEPLY EMBEDDED IN MY WAFFLE. My husband took it over to the counter to show the female worker and her response, «Oh, okay.» Then she proceeded to show it to her male coworker and his reaction was, «Gross.» That was it. No apologies, no other reaction, simply an «oh, okay» and «gross» by the two workers. W.T.F. We waited to see if they would do anything else and NOPE. NADA. ZERO. ZILCH. Just thinking about how that piece of hair was probably sitting in a most likely huge batter of waffle mix that will probably continued to be used for the next customers makes me almost want to hurl.
Even if they uttered the two simple words «I’m sorry», I would not have taken the time or energy to write this review.
I definitely will not be going back. Not only was their food mediocre, but their complete lack of any sympathy and reaction to try to do anything to remedy this hair situation is simply unacceptable. Why would I want to give my hard earned money to an unapologetic establishment? No thanks.

Pleasantly surprised! The food was very good and fresh. Super friendly service. The waffles are excellent! I had the salmon. It was tasty! I also enjoyed the yogurt.

Food was pretty decent but it took FOREVER to make despite that there was only two other people who were together in the whole place. They sold me a tea and then later said they didn’t have the flavor I ordered and only brought it out after I was already mostly done with my food. The food wasn’t really worth the price but I did like the waffle sandwich concept. Everything just needed to be a bit fresher and the place needs better management.

Plastic utensils, powdered eggs, thin crunchy waffles, underwarmed precooked cold sausage, a tiny container of syrup? No thanks never again, my breakfast reminded me of McDonald’s except not as good and I rarely eat there.
I did not expect the other items to be stellar but being a waffle place I did expect the waffles to be good and they weren’t, they tasted weird.
Eat at your own risk.

My husband likes this place. It’s not my favorite at all. The waffles are tasty and always fresh. I don’t like that they put lettuce and mustard on their «savory» sandwiches, but when you ask to modify a sandwich (leaving something off), they seem to ALWAYS mess up the order. If you order a sandwich with zero modifications, I guess you’ll be fine. My husband orders standard choices and is always happy with his meal. Lettuce on an egg & ham breakfast sandwich is not my thing.

You can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep. (I said that once to my dopey brother in law, he thought I was talking about stocks.) Wafflette keeps good coffee company: groundwork. Nice website, too.

The lady making waffles is so focused on her craft (probably a good thing) she forgets to look up and smile. But the sandwiches here are complex; they take effort and care to assemble, which takes time and concentration. Overall, wonderful combination of coffee and craftsmanship.

A cool place with good vibes, it’s refreshing feels good being in here. The food is eclectic and definitely something cool to try, definitely recommend it!

THIS PLACE PHENOMENAL!!! I highly recommend anything on the menu! The turkey club is very fresh and savory, the Mac n cheese is thick and creamy We went after work for a snack and ended up ordering the whole menu! I can’t stop! We will be back for lunch and breakfast!!!

Not too many places in this plaza open on a Sunday before 11am, but this is one of them and probably the best. A lot of options with or without waffles, I got the Turkey wrap just because I didn’t want anything big that came with a fruit salad on the side. The place is pretty nice and hip overall, looks new and modern, kind or rare in this neighborhood.

This place is adorable the owner is super sweet and made my bf chocolate chip waffles to go with his morning special plate. It was delicious check out the presentation in the picture attached. Recommend this place ;)

Not so impressed by the food. Got the breakfast combo (waffles, eggs, and choice of sausage or bacon) this morning and was expecting to see people in the back actually cooking our breakfast. Instead we saw food being reheated in an oven. The waffles did not appear to be freshly made but appeared to be «bought in» just like eggo waffles you can find at your grocery store in the frozen section; the bacon was the type of bacon that you can find at subway sandwiches where they nuke it for 30 seconds before putting in your sandwich; and the eggs were egg beaters at best.
The customer service was nice and was greeted by an older lady and later served by a younger woman who were both great.
Great service but lousy food. Coffee was decent.

Wafflette Café — I was craving waffles and I Unilocaled what was next to my work and this place showed up… I knew that shopping center very well and it was only 5 – 7 minutes from work so I decided to give it a try (03.20.15)… The parking during lunch hour was packed! This was next to the movie theatre by the phở restaurant…
I ordered the chicken specialty plate which comes with 2 sides I chose waffles and cole slaw
and the waffle with fresh druit and cream …
I have to say this did not satisfy my waffle craving but it was good to go… Very much like a fast food breakfast joint…
Everything was good but not great… I do however want to come back to try the morning platter for $ 6.95… so I would probably come back since it’s sooooo close to work!!! but then again Mcd’s is also across the street from me… lol

My husband and I were getting our car serviced in the area and decided to take a walk and look at what breakfast places were in the area. On our jaunt we walked along the many large big-​box stores in the Town Center and finally came upon this restaurant scattered among a handful of other restaurants. The name of this restaurant alone seemed more of what we were looking for rather than Vietnamese, Mexican or Italian, so we decided to try them out.
We were sure glad that we did. We were pretty surprised that there weren’t many people dining at any of the restaurants, yet their adjacent parking lot seemed extremely full. We asked the worker and were told that many of the workers from the neighboring buildings fill up their parking lot each day. I know that there’s a lot of parking in the center, but that’s not fair that these other businesses fill up the parking right outside of the restaurants, which can get pretty busy during the lunch and dinner hour.
So we decided to each get a coffee and share the morning platter. Thankfully we did that because you can see in my photo that one platter alone came with a lot of food. It was a great deal for us to share that one dish. The waffles were actually surprisingly airy and flavorful. The eggs were eggs, nothing spectacular, nothing bad, and the back was delicious. Getting bacon is always a treat for me since I never buy it or make it at home. I know they’re so bad for you, but are always so tasty!
We enjoyed a nice quiet morning outdoors as we relaxingly had our coffee and breakfast. We will definitely consider coming back!
