I just left this location. I asked for a medium iced mocha latte with skim milk and no whipped cream. She repeated my order 3 times back to me. Then I was handed an ice mocha latte with whole milk and whipped cream. I was pressed for time, so I took it and left.

gave it another try and now reduced it from 3 stars to 1. I’ll post the picture why. So furious!
Worse Dunkin donuts ever. The Sunday staff that takes your order is nice. But every other day the women are rude. They start making your drink before you finish. The coffee is so watered down its ridiculous. I asked them to toast my sausage, egg, and cheese twice. Pretty simple. When I get home it was luke warm. I know how a double toast looks. They say if your drink is wrong they’ll do it over but how do you fix watered down water. I will never go back here again. Please save your money and go to any other one. They are getting better

Trying to make a good review is hard for this place. They treat you like crap, they count their tips in front of you. They never get the coffee right abd tgen talk about you as if you weren’t there. Very rude… one person especially Ruda, perfect name right!

This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts around. The employees are super nice, the food always fresh, and the premises very clean. Has a lively contingent of local folks drinking coffee and reading the newspaper, but seating is usually available: it can get a bit busy during the morning rush, but the staff is courteous and efficient. I always enjoy stopping in here for some coffee or hot chocolate, and have enjoyed some bagels too. They are great about honoring coupons and promotions – not loathe to like some franchises I’ve been to in the past. I have nothing negative to say: a great DD, one of the best places to get coffee in Fords.

Very good Dunkin Donuts. This location is better then most in the area and are open 24⁄7. The orders always have come out right for me and the employees are very nice. They are usually staffed pretty well so I never have to wait long for my order to be taken or made.

I’m thankful to you because I got to charge my laptop, mobile in SANDY AFFECTED ATMOSPHER and because of this Dunkin Donut, I could reach to internet and do all the important stuff as I have no internet at house because of this after hurricane affect

Busy, busy, busy in the AM. But somehow the fine and friendly ladies behind the counter manage to get you in and out in under 5 minutes even with a line. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a hassle because this store is on the corner of a busy intersection. When the lot is full, park across the street on King Georges Post Rd near the auto parts store … less trouble that way.
