I’ve been here quite a few times while passing through Woodbridge and haven’t had a good experience. The last time my husband and I visited the drive thru, we ordered two iced caramel maccihatos and they gave us iced caramel lattes. It took 10 minutes at the drive-thru window for the correct order. Then, Instead of using espresso, they used regular coffee in our macchiatos. We pulled over and my husband went in for a refund which they refused because there was no manager present. I suggest steering clear of this particular location. The staff seems to busy talking to each other than servicing the customers.

I don’t know what it is about this place, but I’ve spent a ton of money in here buying coffee. For some reason it the most memorable Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited… are they putting something in the coffee? LOL

Just a Dunkin Donuts, yes, but cheery counter people, clean bathrooms and free Wifi make this one a cut or two above the usual double deuce dreck.

Great location as it’s right off the Turnpike’s Exit 11 — the perfect place to fuel up before shopping in the area.
The staff is always friendly. On this particular trip, I asked for my coffee light with skim — and they only had a little bit of skim left, which means my boyfriend wouldn’t be able to get an iced latte lite. The two of us began to discuss this and at the same time, the guy behind the counter asked a question about the drinks he was making. He then apologized for being rude — he thought he was rude for asking a question while we were talking. Awww, I felt so bad!
There are also accessible restrooms. On this particular visit, the ladies’ room smelled less than fresh (hellooooo, euphemism!). The handle on the door was broken which means I couldn’t open the door to leave the bathroom nor lock the door.
Very accessible with a ramp up to the door! YAY!
