Forest Grove Auto Brokers

I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from these guys. What a great experience! Their salesman (Pete) was young but very knowledgeable and helpful. I paid much less than I would have at new car store and without all the back and forth, «let me ask my manager» rubbish I have had to deal with at other dealers.
Great price! Great service! I will definitely buy from them again.

We have not bought any cars from Forest Grove Auto Brokers. However we have sold two cars to them. Recently when we went to a big box dealership and the trade in offer was so low, we wouldn’t even consider it.
We remembered how fair Forest Grove Auto Brokers were with us before, so we went back and they gave us the best offer and we were really happy.
Before you trade in your vehicle, it is worth it to check with these guys first.

Yikes, very disappointing. I drove from Bend to Forest Grove yesterday to purchase a vehicle from these guys. I was told before I drove all the way there that the car had all maintenance records. When I got there not only did they not have any records but scoffed at me even asking for them saying «no one really keeps records». I was appauled by their disrespectful behavior and how poorly they treated me (after they knew I drove over 3 hours to get there). I can’t really believe how rude they were, smirking and laughing constantly like my questions were ridiculous or I had some nerve asking for service records etc. What a bizarre exerience. I was told to look for a different car when I asked if they would have the car detailed (I wouldn’t have bothered if it just needed a vacuuming but there is melted chapstick, food, hair etc. all over the interior) who sells a $ 13,000 car that is filthy on the inside? I wasn’t very happy to see their other reviews on Unilocal as I was halfway thru my drive to Forest Grove (I should have just turned around and gone back home). Don’t buy a car from these guys without at least a pre-​purchase inspection by a mechanic of YOUR choice.
