Legacy Roofing

Once again Legacy Roofing saved me! I called out the plumber to investigate a musty smell in my bathroom and they looked under the house and claimed to not see any evidence of leaking. I called Donnie to have him check and see if it could be coming from the attic. When he didn’t find anything he kept looking and even went under the house to search. He found that the toilet and shower were leaking and the wood was saturated near these areas. So, I am having the plumber back to fix what he didn’t see last time. How often does your roofer find plumbing issues that your plumber missed!!!
This smell has been driving me crazy for a week and now it is finally getting fixed! Thank you Donnie (again)!!! You saved me time and my sanity!

I have used Legacy Roofing in the past and they were fantastic. Not the case this time. I called them out to look at a loose roof tile. They came right away. This was back on May 19^th. On May 19^th they indicated that they needed some additional materials so they could fix some damage caused by birds. They said they would be back the following week. That week came and went. When I contacted them, they said they were busy and would be back the following week. That time came and went. After leaving messages for a few days I finally reached the owner who said he was on vacation and he asked me to contact the office. Over the next two weeks of my proactive calling, I reached someone that was extremely apologetic and said he would personally ensure the job was taken care of. On July 3^rd, this person left me a voice mail, apologizing again for the delay. He said «I will contact you early next week, we will schedule the time later next week and get this taken care of for you once and for all». Over the next three weeks I called both of my contacts at Legacy Roofing as well as texting to determine if they were ever coming back. No calls returned /​no messages returned until July 20^th. I received a message from the owner stating «I’m sorry. I’ve been on vacation for some time. I thought this was already handled. I know we are super busy. You should probably find someone else if you need it done anytime soon. At this point we are out til September. My issue is not that they are too busy to do the job. If that’s the case, just let me know. But making promises to be out, not returning calls, stating he thought the job was done when I had been leaving messages for two months… simple unacceptable.
