I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I didn’t have to. Ordered two medium pizzas last night and the dough wasn’t all the way cooked. Against my better judgement, I was so hungry I ate two pieces. Today, My guts are wrenching and I haven’t had such a bad case of diarrhea since I ate street oysters in Istanbul. Needless to say, the street oysters tasted better.

I called to place an order for delivery. i was on the phone for less than 1 minute. she kept interrupting me. I knew what i was going to get she just would not shut up long enough for me to say more than 2 words.

One star because of how easy it was to order online. Zero stars for quality. The sauce was not evenly spread on either of the two mediums we ordered. You would get one or two bites per piece with sauce. The toppings were practically non existent, there were four tough slices of red onion and five slices of pepperoni(on a medium pizza!). Both pizzas were also undercooked. The driver did show up on time. I would NOT recommend this Pizza Hut.

Ordered two pizzas, wings, pop and blue cheese dressing. They forgot one of the pizzas and the blue cheese for the wings. So, by the time it was all delivered most of our dinner was cold and we had one hot pizza. Not one person said they were sorry… the man who answered the phone seemed inconvenienced by my request for the pizza I paid for. Guess it’s scmizza or dominos next time.

Horrible service! My husband had ordered a pizza online and when they had it delivered, they didn’t put the right toppings. So he called and spoke to a manager, he basically was arguing how it was correct and totally was not listening to what my husband had to say. After explicitly explaining what he had ordered online(ingredient by ingredient) they finally got someone to deliver the second time. When he checked his order, it was till missing ingredients. It’s like the manager completely ignored the conversation and didn’t follow what he had put in on the website. It was unbelievable! We never had such poor service with any pizza company and pizza hut has made that record. Lesson learned and never again will order from this company!

Their service is TERRIBLE! I ordered 1 pizza and a bottle of Pepsi. The inline app said it would deliver in 30 minutes. It didn’t. The delivery came 1 hour 15 minutes after the order was placed. The pizza should be hot. It wasn’t. It was just shy of cold, but not warm and definitely not hot. And, since they were going for the CRAPPYSERVICE gold medal, they handed me a bottle of Mountain Dew. I ordered Pepsi. The driver said he’d be back in 5 minutes with the Pepsi. 20 minutes later, no Pepsi. I called and spoke with the manager, Nadia. She said, essentially, sorry, when the driver returns she’ll send him back with my drink, and if I prefer I can just get credit for the Pepsi on my next order(not this order). 45 minutes after the first delivery, the Pepsi was delivered. The driver didn’t offer any discount for the inconvenience, other than one on a future order. I told him that’s not helpful since I will never be ordering from them again. What really makes me mad is that I just spent $ 20 with a company that doesn’t care at all about providing me with good service and I could’ve spent that money with several other wonderful restaurants here in Forest Grove who do appreciate my business. I won’t make that mistake again. I won’t be surprised to see an «out of business» sign on Pizza Hut storefront in the near future.

I called this location and put in my order over the phone. I clearly told them if wanted a cheese crust pepperoni and what I got was just a cheese pizza. I called back politely asked to get it fixed. I spoke to the Manager and she pretty much told me that’s what you ordered that’s what you get. Never again will I do business with them. This was my first and last time ordering from this location. Worst customer service.

I just got the 10 $ any pizza any toppings deal. Even at 10 $ it’s not worth it. The Lg pizza was relatively small and the toppings were very skimpy and unevenly distributed and worst of all the crust was sooo greasy. With delivery charge and a small tip it was 15 $ however, to their credit it came extremely quick. I would recommend dominos for delivery or papa murphys for pu.

When this location first opened last year, we had relatively good luck– when you order online it tells you what time your order will be delivered. Of course it’s just an automated system that always tells you that it will be delivered in 30 minutes. Our first few orders were delivered in less than the estimated time, and the pizzas were nice and hot. But the last 4 times(and today will be the LAST time), the delivery person showed up anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes late, with cold pizzas. They always say«sorry, we’ve been very busy». Calling the call center does no good, as a previous reviewer wrote. They’re in Tennessee, and don’t seem to care. They won’t let you talk to the store. It also doesn’t seem to matter when you order — today is Tuesday at 7:30 pm, and they were delivered 25 minutes late, cold again. Time before that was the Friday before the Super Bowl. That day was the day they were an hour and 45 late. Time to go back to Dominos.

Okay, so the first time I called Pizza Hut in Forest Grove, I was placed on hold for a really long time and assumed this was normal since it had just opened here in town. After the operator came back onto the line, I was informed that I was placing my order in a call center, not at my local store. So, I told them no thanks and hung up. I got a couple coupons in the mail a few weeks later and decided to make an order. This time, I used their website. Easy to order with the coupon code and was even lucky enough to realize it was Wednesday Wing Day so wings were fifty cents each. Ordered a large pepperoni and 2 sets of wings — 1 honey BBQ and 1 medium buffalo. The wings were awesome! The pizza was not! A Red Baron pizza from the freezer is much better!!! The pizza has a funky crust that seemed stale and chewy, the sauce was minimal and also tasted bitter. Pepperoni was scarce. For $ 8, I can get a delicious pepperoni from Papa Murphey’s, which is what I will do from now on. We will go back for the wings but not for the pizza. Service was pretty lame too, teenage girl who couldn’t be bothered to smile or ask how she could help me.

I like the taste of their pizza and the $ 10 deal is hard to beat. That said… the first time I ordered from the Forest Grove Pizza Hut I was taken aback by the fact that you can’t actually call this location; their orders are handled by a call center located in some mysterious location that is not in Oregon. I ordered anyway. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza. When I looked at the pizza when I got home I noticed that there wasn’t much sauce on the pizza, even though I had asked for EXTRA sauce. I ordered a second time. The same thing happened. I’m not being picky. I’ve asked for extra sauce from other Pizza Huts and they have all fulfilled my request. I ordered a third time: they didn’t add extra sauce and they put an extra topping on my pizza that I didn’t ask for. I ordered a fourth time: the operator I spoke to in… I don’t know where they are located in the country, maybe it’s even India… promised me that I would receive extra sauce. I did! The receipt I received with my ordered showed ‘extra sauce’ listed five times as a topping. Unfortunately, my pizza was 10 minutes late, and it was on a Sunday night, which shouldn’t have been too busy. I ordered a fifth time: when I called the number for this Pizza Hut the operator I spoke with told me that the regular call center was too busy to take my call, so I was speaking with the overflow call center. They didn’t have my phone number or past pizza orders in their computers. I told her what I wanted. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the operator who took my order told the Forest Grove Pizza Hut that I wanted an extra crispy pizza. I NEVER requested this and actually prefer a softer crust. I showed up just as they were sending my pizza through the oven a second time to make it extra crispy. When they proudly showed me the extra crispy pizza I told them the anonymous operator in the call center made a mistake. So, I waited around for them to cook me a new pizza, which took 15 minutes. I wasn’t offered any condolences for their mistake because, of course, they didn’t make a mistake; the mistake was committed by a person working for the overflow call center who was helping out for their regular call center. BTW, while I was waiting for my replacement pizza to cook, another customer complained about the amount she was billed, which was even obviously wrong to the Pizza Hut employee collecting her payment. Welcome to the new America based on a Wal-Mart business model: you might not get what you want the first time, the service might be terrible(or non-existent), but you’ll get what you pay for; expect nothing more. I’ll continue to order from here as well, but my expectations are very low.
