Tidwell Dental

I have dental insurance and tidwell was on my list of dentist to see. I was eating popcorn and broke my last molar on the bottom, went to get an consultant to see what I need done to my tooth, well he gave me 3 choices, I am going with a inlay filling. He was very good and knowledge of what he is doing. D. A are very nice and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would! I went in and was given a root canal which was so badly done (very aggressive and rough drilling) that my tooth BROKE in half the next day. I had to go to another Dentist to get it fixed because Tidwell was out of town.
That Dentist was excellent and discovered that the root canal was badly done and incomplete. This ended with another root canal on the same tooth by the second Dentist. I went back to Tidwell for the crown and it fit so horribly I was in terrible pain for 2 weeks before I went to get another opinion.
The next Dentist saw the crown was way too big and there was empty space below it in my tooth (which should be filled) and told me he’d have to break the crown off, make a proper one and re-​prep my tooth for a crown. So I had to have 2 root canals and 2 crown on one tooth!
I demanded and got back every penny from Tidwell for not only a failed root canal but a failed crown. The second crown fit and has caused no further issues. I cannot tell you how terrible my experience was, though he can have a nice smile and the therapy dog is nice to have around, his work is so bad!
The Dentist who had to redo the crown asked for my records and Tidwell sent a letter stating how experienced he was in a cocky way and they refused to send my records. Run away screaming from this guy.
