AT&T Store

I went to the At&t store on continental first because it is actually a lot closer to home for me and let me just say… that store is filled with rude &obnoxious people (so you guys will be getting a negative review next!)
however, I decided to stop by this location instead and not only was Shem super helpful and nice, he was willing to take my trade in even thought it was missing the back battery cover.
I went in to buy the iphone 6s plus but he did not have any in stock so the ONLY disappointment I had was because I had to wait another few days for my phone. It was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday but when I didn’t hear anything from the store to come pick it up, I called Shem and he was nice enough to track the package for me and told me the phone would arrive the following day.
Wednesday comes around and when I went to pick up my phone, he was able to transfer my contacts for me but given I had a lot of stuff in my phone it said it would take 3 hours to transfer everything… even though I am supposed to give up my old phone when I receive my new one. Shem was nice enough to tell me I can take my new phone and the old one home with me to upload everything on to my computer &I can just bring it back to him when I am done. Due to the fact he was so nice and offered that option to me, I made sure I did everything that same night &brought the phone back to him the next day because I did not want to inconvenience him. I would have to say he is the nicest person I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to at&t in store reps.
I will definitely be going to Shem for any further services or purchases, thank you so much Shem! =)

This is another of those business on Metro run by wonderful people that offer top notch service.
Shem — is… well, he’s the man. Wonderful guy — totally helpful and kind.

There are absolutely no IF” nor BUT’s about the customer service one receives at the AT&T store on Metropolitan Ave. Putting aside the great pricing and full suite of phones and accessories, I can’t help but focus on just how sincere Shem, the owner is in assisting his customers.
From the first time I walked in with my rapidly aging Blackberry switching to an Android platform, wham! Contacts and all necessary folders synced. Since then I’ve bought a few flip phones for the many non tech family members, phones and cards I bought in a pharmacy that I spazzed out and couldn’t activate, wham! Done.
Each time I’ve been inside, Shem and the customers are interacting at a level unseen in retail in today’s complicated and stressful world. Joking, laughing all while grabbing telephones phones, cell phones and providing tech and customer support, Shem’s a dynamo and will assist anyone at anytime with most any issue.
When you pass the stores along Metropolitan Ave, its easy to differenciat by outward appearance and signage, but few can compare with what’s going on, on the inside.
