Pizza is no good at all. I got one plain slice that had no sauce on it and a penne vodka slice which had no vodka sauce and just dry pasta. Also the garlic bread was just a loaf of burnt bread with pieces of garlic on it. Delivery time is good.

The food is fine, the food and pizza are very good. The bread is delicious. My main complaint is the ownership and staff. The owner’s CLEARLY have NO sense of welcoming customers. Can’t you even say hello? I go in there all the time. No the husband is too busy watching TV and the wife is busy berating their children. The owner’s seem to be having marital issues. They are never in the place at the same time. The wife discusses her feelings about her husband in a horrible way, to some smarmy looking dude who is always in there drinking wine It is loud enough for me to hear personal details of their relationship. It’s truly embarrassing. Wife wears gross perfume which ruins the taste of the food. She stomps back and forth up the aisle in her stilettos to make sure we all smell her stinky perfume which she apparently baths in. Husband works in the medical field and comes into the restaurant in his scrubs, doesn’t even change. What germs is he bringing into the restaurant? YUCK. The guys at the counter could barely care you are there. No hello, no thank you, no good bye. Nothing. When you order they just stand there and look at you until you say something. Food is good. The ownership is horrible. I thought the old owner was creepy, wish he was back. Delivery takes a long time considering I live within a few blocks of the place.

The pizza is really cheesy and delicious. I haven’t had the chance to taste the entrees yet, but judging by the aroma within the restaurant, I’d say the food would taste amazing! It’s an intimate setting in the middle of a busy strip but hopefully one could locate it!

Good Pizza here. Good food in general too. They been for years and years. The counter is right there when you walk in and they have seating in the back. Maybe a dozen tables. I don’t eat in often but when I have the waitresses have always been nice. They can get busy on weekends. Standard Pizza menu with good specialty slices. They make a good margarita slice, which my wife loves. I usually get stuff to go but I know they do deliver. They are on a busy block right on Queens Blvd, so parking is metered right out front and there is alternate side on the side streets. Right by the 67th Ave subway stop too.

We ordered pizza here and a few hours later we were sick all night and couldn’t go to work the next day. My husband decided to give it another try yesterday, he’s been sick all day again. Never again.

I have been a patron of this establishment for the last 15 years, so I’ve seen the changes that have occurred here over time. This small neighborhood spot used to make really fantastic pizza. Unfortunately, 6 or 7 years ago it changed owners. The décor changed immediately(it used to be really cool obscure signed sports photos, changed to generic fake Italian atmospheric posters). So did the music — what used to be motown and classic rock became lousy contemporary pop hits(played at much higher volume.) For a while, the food remained good. In the last 2 – 3 years however, the quality of the cheese got noticeably worse but the sauce and crust were still good enough to make it worth it. When I went today, I ordered two slices — one cheese, one ricotta. I was told it would be 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, I walked up to the counter and the guy hastily stuck a slice of cheese in the oven. A minute later he pulled it out and handed it to me like I wouldn’t notice. Of course, it wasn’t really hot enough. But I decided not to make a fuss and grabbed my food and sat down. When I bit into the slice, I found(to my dismay) that not only was the cheese worse, but the sauce was totally flavorless and the crust was soggy and bland. Horrible food & horrible service. I have to say the quality of the food at this restaurant has certainly taken a turn for the worst. I used to eat food from this restaurant rather frequently, but over the past few years the quality and taste of their food has worsened. The service from the staff, from the waitress, all the way up to the owner at this place has also gone down the same path. You can definitely tell the entire staff hates their job. While eating there recently I overheard the owner, it’s hard not to listen when the place is empty and he’s yelling obscenities, complain about his customers. — Customers! The people that keep this place open. In conclusion, if you’re looking for good food and good service, keep looking. There are plenty of other Italian dining options in the area that appreciate the patronage.

first, let me say — be careful reading some of these reviews — check the dates — if they mention rude service, it’s probably a very old review and those folks no longer work here. I live close and order delivery several times a month — it usually takes about 45 minutes, but they warn you up front and the food is always fresh. the service, from the people answering the phones to the delivery guys is warm and friendly — really nice people. the food won’t knock your socks off, but it’s basic and hearty and hits the spot when you need a reliable fix. ordering a pie will get you a much better pizza than the slices in the shop itself — but that’s true of all pizza, no? I have tried most of the pizza around Forest Hills and with the exception of Nicks on Ascan it’s all terrible — the only pizza besides Nicks(which is amazing) that is not absolutely terrible is Primadonna — it’s basic, but it’s good. from the Parmigiana to the Alfredo… it’s all solid B+ food.
