If your office is not clean, you can’t be my doctor! I arrived to this inconvenient location on Queens Blvd, paid for the parking meter and headed into a Forest Hills apartment building there this makeshift office was located within an apartment on the first floor. As I walked in the doorman goes«eh, where you goin’?» as he breifly interupted the friend who was trying to have a conversation with him. I said 103 and kept walking. The waiting room is tiny and the secretary tried to be nice eventhough in the undertones of her voice you could tell she was overworked and miserable. I sat in the waiting room for an entire hour with four other patients. Within that time she took at least three personal calls and then got flustered at a patient and slammed the phone and demanded that the doctor«take this womans call because she was driving her crazy and called three times already.» Hard to ignore in an office that is small. The doctor had to shush her to calm her down after she stormed off. You could basically even hear everything that was being said in the examination room between doctor and patient even over the music. I unintentionally got an earful of someones«bathroom issues». In the course of an hour only one patient was seen. ONE! I was not about to wait another 2 hours so the other patients ahead of me could be seen. Shortly after I arrived one of the ladies before me was going to go put another hour on her parking meter. She had clearly been waiting for a while herself. This was by far the slowest and most counterproductive doctors office I’ve ever visited. Before I went to go put more money into my meter I needed to use the bathroom. After seeing how disgusting, dirty, and clearly rodent infested it was I was totally skeeved out! The shower was used to store garbage and supplies and was a huge mess. The toilet looked like it hadn’t had a good scrub in months. Drip marks on the walls, dirty floors, just gross. I left and decided not to put more money in the meter and just leave instead. When it comes to your health, don’t mess around. If a doctor can’t keep a clean office what’s to be expected of his cleanliness when handling your medical procedures?

I am sure this doctor is good for some, but he is Endoscope Happy. He has promised to send me for testing, but as yet, I have had too many Endoscopies, and now have almost constant nausea, but no testing. find someone better if you need a Gastroenterologist.
