Went in scared and came out more confident than ever. The staff is nice, they have text notifications for your appointments (perfect for busy people like myself). I just booked an appointment through Unilocal,it’s just so convenient.

Amazing service, staff and results need I say more? Vanessa is extremely professional makes your visit as comfortable as possible. She explained everything I ever needed to know about laser hair removal. I’ve gotta a few areas done and plan on getting more! Vanity laser has given me great great results.

About a year of treatments and still have a few thick hairs in the areas treated. Overall, the laser technicians are wonderful and they do the job and can’t really complain about that.

Went to Vanity laser last week for a consultation, staff was very nice and professional. Next week is my first treatment. I will rate it again after a few sessions.

Horrible customer service! Called Vanessa to find out more about their deal on lifebooker and she said it’s 3 areas for 199 when really it was 3 treatments on one area for that price. I told her that when i got there and she claimed i didn’t ask her explicitly.

Went into the Forest Hills office for a consult with Vanessa, I had already had 6 sessions at a different salon, but needed a touch up. Vanessa went over all the fees at that consult, I need a lot of sites done, and booked my appt. When I came in I was taken in exactly on time, and Vanessa really knew her way around the machine. She adjusted the settings as needed and was quick and thorough, the machine used was also one of the newer models which made things more comfortable. I’ve had previous treatments where the tech left my skin burned and looking a bit like a defeathered bird, not here, skin looks and feels great!

Zero stars… Beware of this place. I believe I was intentionally mislead so that they could drum up business. I purchased a Lifebooker deal that stated a year’s worth of laser in six small areas. I live over an hour away from the location so I called and the receptionist to confirm the deal prior to purchasing. She was pleasant and said they honored the Lifebooker deal but when I asked about specifics, she said I would have to speak to the technician who was not available to speak on the phone. She asked if I would like to schedule an appointment. In retrospect, this should have been a red flag. When I arrived at the scheduled appointment, three ladies were sitting at the front desk. Their demeanor was a bit intimidating– especially being nervous about my fist laser experience. I filled out a bunch of paperwork and the woman seated in the middle (who ended up being my technician) took my voucher. She lead me into to treatment room and asked me what treatment area I wanted done. She then said that Lifebooker misprinted the deal and that it was not a year’s but only 6 sessions in one treatment area. HUGE misprint! There were several opportunities to disclose the Lifebooker deal was erroneous– but their strategy was to get me in the treatment room where I was more vulnerable. I felt stuck given I spent so much time getting to the location and the fact that I was already mentally prepared for the treatment– so I relented. But after sitting on the treatment chair for less than five minutes, I left feeling cheated. I calculated that I ended up paying full price. The next day I felt even worse and explained the situation to Lifebooker. Thankfully, they gave me full credit! Needless to say– I will not be returning to Vanity Laser given their dishonest business practices.

My laser hair removal treatment has been going very well so far! I am extremely happy with the results I have been getting and I think it is due to the fantastic laser technicians here. This place has very reasonable prices and a great staff that is accommodating of appointments and the facility is always super clean.

I feel bad for this place bc most of the reviews have been filtered out and that means that it only got a one star rating. the truth is that this place is amazing. I never went myself bc I believe that a man should have hair so lets just get that out in the open. my wife on the other hand has been coming here for all her laser appointments. she says that she likes it here.

So I went to vanity laser on the consensus of a few friends who loved the atmosphere and the effectiveness of the laser hair removal at Vanity Laser. I myself wanted to undergo a few treatments and decided to make an appointment and I definitely do not regret it. Vanessa, who has been in charge of my appointments since day one, knows exactly what she is doing and loves what she does. She is very friendly as so is all the staff at Vanity Laser. From the first treatment on, I’ve experienced a dramatic change in hair growth. Right now I am at my fifth session and and virtually my face is hair free. I do not regret, at all, going to Vanity Laser. The price, of course, is not cheap, but I can say that one definitely gets the money’s worth.

the worst company ever… I have called the # and sent emails and they dont respond. How do they expect to stay in business when they cant return a simple phone call or email!
