I work in FLake. Jimmy Johns sandwiches are almost always delicious. The problem is the service. When ordering we always, whether ordering online or over the phone, we always request the sandwiches to be cut in half and they never are. About half the time we have to call and ask where our order is because it’s been an hour and we haven’t received it. Every time we talk to a manager and they say the same thing every time, «We tried calling you because the address is wrong and the number you put in is wrong.» I have autofill on my phone and computer for both address and number and they are both correct. If we ask to hold the onion or add mayo packets it is always disregarded. Sandwiches delicious, anything outside the bare minimum of service sucks. Go to Stewies or Subway for a much better experience
